5 people working inside a small shop and no one of them turn around to acknowledge a customer that has come inside your store.5 of you and nobody has asked to help.I have waited 9 minutes just to purchase one simple thing while one of the lady and one guy were looking at me instead of asking me what I needed and that?s why they never came to take my money and give me the product I needed.Also, why would you say sorry?Change your behaviour in better if you want customer to chose your pharmacy over others, that?s what you should do.A sorry doesn?t do anything.

Professional locum pharmacist. However, the pharmacy seem to have lost all evidence of my repeat prescription, and took 40 minutes to serve me. Additionally, I had tried phoning multiple times during the week and the line would either ring out or was busy.

I visited this pharmacy for the first time to have a flu jab. The staff and the Pharmacist who gave me my flu jab were really professional and friendly and even though it is quite a small pharmacy it does stock the basic essentials that you purchase from a pharmacy plus items such as bio degradable toothbrushes etc.Parking can be difficult as this pharmacy is situated on a main road, but there are several buses which stop nearby

Horrible experience. I have been waiting for my sister's meds. The pharmacist used her bare hands to count tablets that she was going to dispense to us. She has been handling other things prior to counting the tablets, when she was done she threw then into a DIRTY container and wiped her hands onto her jumper. We won't be using those tables and definately not coming back to this pharmacy. Gross.
