I bought brake disc and pads after 2 month disc has warped I try to return for warranty the Asian manager at staples corners is very helpless and rude, no knowledge of working with customers. Very rude guy. I was successful help by his colleague, the so called Asian manager he even end up arguing with his colleague because his colleague help me fairly. How can I manager tell his colleague that the reason you are helping him is it because he is black like you, in front of all the customers. The so called Asian manager he doesn?t deserve to be a manager at the store he is luck of knowledge he doesn?t know anything about customers service, he need training seriously.

Order part online to collect, drove for an hour each way to get there and ... Wrong part. Despite putting number plate and web site says it is right. Won't use them again
