I have read a lot of bad happening at many NatWest branches. But I have been to this one at least dozen times - always been met by kind and helpful staff. Ladies working there are always in a good mood, and even today I chose this branch over any other, even though it was quite far for me. Even if there is a queue, they are trying to speed it up and help everybody.

The most rude and slow customer service I can say the worst customer service I've been there too just pay my bills they make me sit over and one half hour colleague try to serve me the lady telling him because he doesn't have document is there asked me to bring my passport will take me just 15 minute

Very long wait. (Almost one hour) for counter service. Unwelcoming attitude. Most customers require services including identity verification ( list cards etc).

Giving me wrong information and fobbing me off when they can?t be bothered I can forgive.But the woman that snatches the phone to check what you can and can?t apply for is so unprofessional.Then mumbles as she types up the great conversation she had while miss selling a savings account. Obviously commission based. But failed to tell me you can?t save more than £150 a month in it!Go to Kilburn the service is much better, loads of staff.

I had some coins I needed to put into my account. The coin-in ATM was out of service, but I was told I could wait and do it at the till. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was told they would not help me as I would have to use the coin machine, and I should come back another time. Waste of time.

Why is this branch still "temporarily closed". It is ridiculous that NatWest cannot provide anymore information than this to customers. Is this branch permanently CLOSED? Please just say in plain English what is going on with with some timescales

Despite bad review around, I am still finding the staffs are helpful and knowledgable. They always welcome with smile.

Awful customer service,They old Asian lady always ask personal questions and making you uncomfortable.Dear NatWest please put this branch on the investigation and change some of your customers service so people don?t feel uncomfortable when they wanna go there.

This one lady working there is absolutely horrible, the second time I've been there and she is absolutely horrible - no help at all. I brought my passport with me and she tried to say it wasn't me?? Normally with a passport they are able to order you a new card, she lied to me and said she cant do anything??

Every time I visit there, I am being nagged to add some special services that would save me ££ (which is in fact pennies), once member of the team snatched my phone in order to show me how to set it up. It is a little unprofessional, they should stop nagging people once you tell them you're not interested! Long queues are a standard there :(

This must be the worst bank branch ever. There's almost never any staff. I went there on a Friday afternoon, what a mistake, there was one big Indian guy behind the one counter and that was it. There was a queue a mile long and this guy was chatting to every customer without a care in the world of what was going on around him.I gave up after about 20 minutes in the queue. This is a ridiculous place to try to get any kind of customer service.

Consistently the worst branch I visit. Lucky (staff member there) is great, but too often there is only ONE or NO members of staff on the floor, with most of them hiding behind the door to the staff room. A real shame because, whilst everyone is lovely, they don't seem to care about us - the customers - nor seem to want to be there. Wish they'd make an effort to do better and have more staff serving customers when they see a queue of ten people in front of them. I am not posting this to berate, I am posting this to encourage them to do better, because I believe they can.

On 4th of December I went to this branch to withdraw my money. I could not do it in ATM. There was a man by the tills ( slightly bigger men most probably of middle Eastern origin).He was talking to a young girl about taking an insurance out. We were standing there for at least 10 min while he tried to pitch her talking how good it could be for her and all that. After 10 min I really could not wait anymore and politely spoken to this man saying we are waiting here for long time and that he can talk about insurance somewhere elese. We want to pay out the money. He immediately screamed at me becoming rude and arrogant saying "this is customer service! I will do it here!"I could see the guy behind me rolled his eyes and was pretty shocked by this situation too.I can not imagine how any bank manager can allow things like that to happen. Clearly he is not into customer service at all if his employees allow them selves to be so impertinent with customers. I was really shocked !

Have more people trained to do different things. Don't just have one person dealing with one things and make people wait in the queue because nobody else can or knows how to deal with this.
