People are very helpful but one of them is really slow. It seems like he might be new in the job and is really slow at using the computer and finding parcels.

Why di they even pay the drivers for?\\n\\nThey don?t even try to deliver, they just get the package and leave without even trying to get in contact.\\nThe post office is full of old people that are tired of working,and they just send you away.

Quick and efficient however staff need training on customer service as I was click and waved at like I was a dog.

Local Royal Mail sorting office for NW2. Undelivered parcels can be collected from this location. Limited customer parking available. Be prepared for a wait especially at the weekends. Parcels and letters are distributed from this depot.

The office is busy and I was dismissed by member of staff when I mentioned that Royal mail lost my package in the first place
post men didn't ring my buzzer as I was a half a day waiting but he managed to write a card , how useful .the ofice is open on Sunday apparently but ther is no info on the card or website .really dissapointing and missleding .

Great service. I visited on the 27/4/17 and even though it was very busy and some customers were difficult, the woman behind the counter was extremely professional and efficient, and was very friendly and pleasant. It makes such a difference when someone is nice. Great service.
