I purchased a plaza set full options, 2xloveseats + 2x3 seaters sofa approx £10k -waited two months for delivery. Finally delivered 20/02. I ask you is this a sofa? (see photos). You can put your fist through the gap. Reported immediatley. Technician sent to rectify 16/02, and no difference. I want it replaced they refuse and say there is no fault.... I'm going to cancel the whole order. Stay Away. Order 3523263/2. Oh, I forgot to mention their SofaRescue team is subcontracted, managed to scratch up the parquet - they fobbed me off to ClearBee to get it fixed. JUST A DISASTER to deal with. I repeat stay away.

Visited the store today, vgood variety of sofas at decent prices, staff was very helpful, particularly Sasan (hopefully spelling that correctly). Good experience all round

Do not trust them, furniture is not made to measure it is sub contracted they only deliver so have warehouse, no return policy, if you pay deposit pay lowest amount 5% as that money you will never see, only way you will get your money back is via small claims court and solicitors, no point talking to them and they will tell you they don?t have return policy or deal with it case by case, so nothing to talk about, they do not follow consumer rights. They promise delivery within 12 weeks do not trust this they don?t deliver they don?t keep to their promise, furniture looks nice in store and is actually not their brand they don?t make it they subcontract and claim that furniture is theirs and made to order, it is not their furniture don?t have a factory they are a middle men, so therefore they don?t made to measure meaning they have to follow consumer rights.The best is to avoid them, also they force you to leave Trustpilot review even tough you didn?t receive furniture, and if you read their Trustpilot reviews is from people that purchased it fake review not actually people that had the whole process completed. Everything is just fake about them. By the way they hung up on you soon they don?t want to discuss returns. Don?t be another customer like me.

customer service is terrible, oder has been delayed 4 times with no explanation, I chase and chase and now Iv been told that the delivery is going to be another 7 weeks.when you go into the store they tell you that they make all their own sofas, however when the goods are delayed there excuse is that they can't call their suppliers, they have to send an e mail and the supplier has 7 days to respond, madness, its 2023 and this company is working in the stone ages.do not purchase anything from here of DFS (SAME COMPANY)

Although you dont even deserve a single star but that is for your rubbish customer service. With in a week after delivery I reported a fault in the electric motor. I still cant use it. I am 75% disable it is nearly 4 months now and no care has been provided. Very poor customer service. I must come to your store to tell my story to other poor people who get trapped with you. Shame on sofology ..

Two accent chairs arrived with 4 weeks delay, one with feet and the other one without! When we contacted customer service to request a color change of the original feet which is still missing and not arrived, they refused to do so, saying: "we can only provide the original color." This is the worst and the most imperfect way of serving a customer especially when you purchase a set of chairs with a value of £1000 but they refuse to change the color of something which hasn't arrived yet. No sympathy was expressed over the phone call neither any attempt was made to rectify their mistake or correct their disorganized service. PLEASE do nit buy from Sofology, it will be your worst experience

Last night on the 13th of March 2023 was the first time visiting Sofology. Being a first time buyer myself and my partner are looking for a great sofa to fit our needs & style. Unfortunately, our experience was awful, feeling very uncomfortable & awkward. I appreciate staff should welcome us into the store & maybe saying a bit about how it is best to look around at the sofas e.g. colour selection booklets, however if a customer explains they just want to have a peaceful browse first, this general means leave the customer alone to look & discuss between themselves first. Jumping on a customer and then repeating you don?t work on commission but then pushing to find out more and more about us isn?t a great look & looks to me like a push for a sale. Understand that if a customer is interested in a sofa, they will ask the questions they need.Through this experience we have purchased somewhere else on the same night and we will definitely not be returning to this store and have told others of our awful experience. Final note to add, it was your female employee who gave this bad customer service.

Very friendly consultation and a great range of sofas, armchairs and sofabeds on display.They could improve by handing out swatches in store though, as one can only order those online.

Had a great experience at Sofology today with Phillip, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us deciding on our sofa, the whole process was very easy thanks to him! Couldn?t recommend this store and employee more!

We visited sofology in Brent Cross a number of times to make our final decision. We received a great service from a few staff, particularly Jamal and Sasan. Jamal helped us to make our final decision for which we are very grateful.
