ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. employees will make you feel insane. They will not refund or accept refunds. They will threaten and insult you, and will refuse you. There's a black manager with glasses, the one with bad BO. He's really rude as well. Buy whatever you need online, or go to a different branch. This one's really bad!

Worst company I ever seen. No refund?! Is that a joke? Are we living in another country? Cause as long as I know all big brands have refund.We accepted your policy and got a gift card instead. Used gift card and our order got lost?! After over a month wait you telling us you refunded the money again to that gift card we used and got rid of? Is this a joke?Why would we keep a used gift card and why would you send the money to that account without talking to us? All you said is sorry we can't do anything which means our money is gone but listen I'll take legal actions so don't worry this time I'll make sure you refund that straight to my bank account.Horrible customer service and horrible company.

The young ladies in this store are full of attitude and bad manners! I made a simple request for assistance and the girl informed me that she did not work for Sportsdirect and that I should instead ask the company for help. She was clearly stocking the shelves (with Sportsdirect merchandise in a Sportsdirect store) so I questioned her, and she responded by claiming "I'm my own person and I do not need to do what you or Sportsdirect say", whilst consuming a packet of crisps. I spoke to Bryan, the so called 'Manager' who was polite and friendly, but seemed to have no authority over the unruly staff.

Management rude, obstructive, patronising and unhelpful after charging me twice and then refusing to refund me so had to go via credit card company. Shout out to Phil, the only guy in there that actually is sensible and helpful but when I needed him the acting manager who didn?t want to help me said ?I?m not contacting him he?s on a break?.

Fatima was the best! She was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain the specifics of the Trainers i needed (as i have problems with my feet) I left the store a happy customer after finding the perfect fit for my feet! Thanks Fatima!

The staff were forced not to serve us by the manager. The manager was very angry and shouting without any reason i was asking him why are you doing this and he did not have any answers he kept saying i do not want to seeve people like you.\\nI believe he was high or drunk because of his behaviour even he tried to hit us.\\nHe were talking ti the staff in a way of slavery. Worst experience in london i have ever had.

Terrible!!! Incredible!!!\\nWe (4 of us) came to Game store in Sports Direct Brent Cross at 17:30 and found the game called \\\"the last of us, part 2\\\" at 8.99. We took it to the counter to purchase, and the lady at the till told us it would take her 20 minutes to finalize because she had it on delivery but need to put it on the system, so we can take it at 17:50... We said ok, and we stuck around at Sports Direct (which is where they are located). We return as agreed at 17:50, and she tells us the price is now £29.99!!!!\\nI thought it was a joke, but it wasn't.... and when we questioned it, the 2 staff there said they know it is not right, but they do not have the power to override when the price difference is so big... I mean come on, I told them it is not a matter of amount, but it is a matter of principle and ethics.... and you should speak to your supervisors... they said it wouldn't make a difference, and it has happened with them many times before... I said so you disrespect people's time, and all you can say is you know it is not right but your company won't do anything about it... Really shocking.... if this is how GAME expect to do business and have 0 respect to customer service and cannot honour their own labels, I think they have to be ashamed of themselves....\\nReally unbelievable! I still cannot comprehend that....\\nBy the way, Sports Direct will also have to deal with this review.... because hosting them in their store and then saying it is a \\\"different business, nothing to do with us\\\" is not good enough in my opinion... they cannot be partnering on floorspace and not partnering on liabilities when such problems occur!

I entered the store a few days ago and was on men?s footwear and saw a worker that was treating his co workers terribly, so I went ahead and intervened, and asked for his name which was Nishal.\\nAll around, bad customer service, poor management and just really unorganised. Honestly would give 0 stars if I could, avoid this sports direct.

Went to the woodgreen branch. Spotted a defect ( likely someone been trying it several time and damaged it). Asked the staff to fetch me another pair after showing him the defect. The guy walk inside a room and literally 2 second after walk back to tell me it's the last pair.. Really! The are not helpful at all.

Not impressed at all with the management at the Brent Cross branch. Rude, degrading and disrespectful managers managing the store. Bryan and Sammy are an absolute disgrace to the company and should not be representatives for the company. Just a bunch of managers who act as if they own the store and has allowed their profession to get the better of them.\\n\\nBryan is very arrogant, argumentative, patronizing as well as intimidating and lacks basic mannerisms. Whilst in a mid conversation with him regarding an item with a price change he walked away although I explained that I have not finished with my concerns he replied \\\"well I am done with you\\\".\\n\\nAbsolutely appalling service and the management there needs to be trained or have certain members to be dismissed. Not to forget to mention the supervisor as well who is also very argumentative. Did not manage to get his name.\\n\\nMike Ashley, you could do with better employees who are actually interested in the company and is able to represent it with pride and confidence instead of laziness and disrespect.\\n\\nI doubt it very much I will be coming to shop again at the Brent Cross branch as my experience has really out me off. One star is only being given as there is no other option.

Very disappointed and let down by the management at the Brent Cross branch. There are inconsiderate and incompetent managers who run the store which is evident that they clearly do not want to be there and is confident and promotes complaint being made against them. It is clear that they have gotten away with so much in the past to promote customers to make complaints as well as being sarcastic.\\n\\nStaff are abused by the managers. I have witnessed staff been shouted at and staff fear and feel intimidated which is unacceptable.\\n\\nBryan and Sammy as well as the supervisor, are all arrogant and rude, extremely aggressive as they like to raise their voice when explaining consumers rights.\\n\\nI am still shaken by the incident which took place between myself and Sammy whereby, he used a massive trolley stacked with empty show boxes as a way to try and bully me to prevent me from speaking to the staff member all because he wanted the staff to cash out. Sammy is very violent, aggressive and uncontrollable in his behaviour and do hope that this is seen to immediately.\\n\\nBryan is very ignorant and lacks the ability to conduct himself in the work setting and also lacks professionalism. There has been a conflict of interest as Bryan states \\\"Sammy is a very good friend of mine\\\". I have never had to go through such thing at any other shopping store and is extremely let down. Something needs to be done about Bryan and Sammy behaviour immediately.

There should be an option for choosing no stars. Absolutely appalling service provided from manager Sammy. Very rude, arrogant, argumentative as well as extremely violent and aggressive.\\n\\nI witnessed him being rude to a lady, forcing a trolley in her way whilst she was speaking to a staff member which he was also houting at this employee. The lady tried to explain that she was speaking to the employee and what he done was rude. Sammy disregarded what she was saying and shouted at her telling her to wait. When another customer started recording his behaviour he accused the customer of intimidating him.\\n\\nHe is uncontrollable and was very confident in having a complaint made against him, pleading for one to be made. I cannot believe such staff is even allowed to represent Sports Direct. No one should ever have to go through what the lady went through neither should any customer have to witness this and really do hope that something is done about this.

Pros:Good prices.Cons:Not enough staffLong wait for staff and for item.Small defect in show which was replaced on the spot, obviously not the fault of the shop.Show on display was a little different from the one I received, a newer model.

Very unorganised, unhelpful store with staff who have no knowledge of what's available. No one could figure out where or if they had laces. Went to Schuh and got them in seconds.Don't bother going this store.

I purchased pair of shoes in store and try to return in two days in the store the manager said to me we can only give you credit voucher I didn?t used the shoes I said to him why not my money back and he say this is our policy they made the own policy they don?t care about the rule regulation of consumer right I said to him well this is really poor service be careful guys it?s better to buying online you can return easily
