The pharmacist may have been professional, however ,the reception clearly needs reeducation on what the means. On entry level you can tell those who discriminate against your colour based on assumptions alone.

This is a small, but excellent pharmacy. It's a family business and this creates a nice atmosphere that shines through whenever you stop by - the staff is always friendly, helpful and 100% competent at their jobs. Considering that it's such a small pharmacy in an otherwise not very lively street (there area few small shops and Pennine Drive Surgery doctor's office nearby, but that's it), I think the opening hours are quite good - during the week, they stay open until 7pm, and on Saturdays, they are open until 1pm. If you are a patient of the Pennine Drive Surgery, when you ask for prescriptions, you can just tick a box asking for the prescription to be delivered straight to this pharmacy, and pick your medication straight there. As the surgery is not open on Saturdays, but the pharmacy is, this has saved me many times when I needed a prescription urgently.
