Poor customer service with very poor experience manager she was look Asian and rude she don?t want to work as a proper experience manager. I didshopping on Tuesday morning 26th September in my experience as a customer she has to behave with customer nicely and patiently, she said I don?t care do whatever you want, and I want let her and Wicks know if we as a customer don?t come to do shopping this shop and her job not going to be available longer incredibly bad shopping experience.

I made 3 purchases over a week here. Disappointed 3 times...1st time I was in a big hurry so used click and collect, advertised as "usually" 30 minutes. Actually took 4 hours, and when I contacted customer service by chat, a few simple questions took 45 minutes - I kid you not - and the agent ended the chat without saying good bye.Second time, in store, the (ONE AND ONLY) checkout agent could not get her scanner to work. Had to go off, keeping everyone waiting, to go and get a replacement.Third time, the (again, one and only) checkout agent had to ask me what the product I was buying was as it was unlabelled(!) Surprise, I did not know their barcode number for that product, so - surprise surprise, she had to go off, keeping everyone waiting, to go and get a barcode or whatever for it.However does Wickes stay in business with this poor level of service? No much longer, would be my guess.

Completely useless customer service and delivery. Despite having correct address they failed to deliver twice. In the end I had to walk to the wrong street to collect. Driver was parked below the street sign. When I showed him the sign and said he was in the wrong street, he just said that his app showed he was correct. Brainless!

A good size store to cater for all your DIY needs . Good parking as it has its own car parking area and good transport links as buses stop virtually outside the store

We had such a bad experience with this store. The manager is horrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I will never shop in wicks again. Horrible experience.
