My experience with all the staff at Amy?s is 100% positive. Everybody is polite, friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with warmth and smiles. During the pandemic they helped to personally deliver my medications to my home when I wasn?t able to get out. They?ve also helped to sort out prescription errors made by my Gp Surgery. I have nothing but praise for all they have done for me. Thank you all!!

Short on medication. Especially controlled meds. More interested in selling EVERYTHING else from bath smellies, aftershave, perfumes to even chair massagers. ALL accompanied by a bloke hard selling this junk! Avoid it like the plague-Pharmists deal with medication nothing else if they are professional enough and do not employ dodgy male assistants that made my mother's skin crawl. I stand by my words and yes, I've done my research thank you ?

The staff at Amy Pharmacy are angels. As a disabled person I rely on life saving medication & they have always gone above & beyond to look after me. Combined with an excellent service they're always a welcoming, friendly face, especially during difficult times through the pandemic. They're the best pharmacy I've been with in London & I appreciate them very much.

I worked for this pharmacy for a couple of months. I was not paid as I should have been per month. A lot of my job was to throw out items that were years out of date which were on the shelf to the customer and back stock. I was disgusted. The place was a mess with items and invoices. Completely unorganized

Forget about using this Pharmacy. Always short of necessary medication. Owner seems overwhelmed and unable to cope.Medication not dispensed on time and forgotten about for follow-up.Go elsewhere.

No wonder this pharmacy has so many bad reviews. Wish it could allow me to leave a negative review. Went in recently to buy some random products and found lots of products expired 2/3 months ago. To still keep these items on the shelf and sell it on and being as a pharmacy is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting you to trading standards and environment health department for selling expired products. You will also be reported to Pharmaceutical Council. By doing some research I found that your own family member Neil has left a positive review which I thought should be brought to the attention of general public. You shouldn't be putting fake and manipulated positive reviews by your family member. You have been reported to google as well. Its a shame to know being a pharmacist who can sell expired food products still has a licence. Hope you are not giving expired medication to the general public. Very manipulative family business and Neil you are tagged.

Never seen a more patient-centered pharmacy before. My useless surgery kept delaying my scripts and they always helped me out even with emergency supplies if they could not chase up the surgery immediately. Often went out of their way delivering to me, I really appreciate all what they have done for me. Highly recommended!

Three in the queue, and three pharmacists at the back, not even a ?good morning?, been waiting 15 min with just ?looking for delivery?Had to get their attention to ask for lateral flow test, with negative response.Super rude staff.

Signed my mum up for her medication to be delivered. They were so professional and so prompt. My mum was pleased when her meds came the next day. Thank you Amy Pharmacy for your 1st class service.

Be very wary of buying any baby food here. My wife went in today and the formula she was looking to buy was 4 months out of date, she picked up a couple of other random products (cough sweets etc) and they were also out of date

This Chemist is absolutely useless at best! To say it's a hindrance rather than a help is an understatement to say the least! The staff repeatedly lie about ordering repeat prescription from the G.P Surgery and claim prescriptions haven't been sent over when they have. Do your self or your loved ones a favour and avoid Amy, her Staff and this Pharmacy like the plague and avoid it at all costs. They derive a sick pleasure out of bullying sick, vulnerable and disabled people . Messing them around with their tablets constantly. Don't take our word for it the other honest and negative reviews evidence irrefutably that this is the case and their not fit for purpose or to practice.

Asked for them to contact doctors to order my repeat prescription, said they would but they never did. Now I am left without meds and they are too incompetent to get things right. Certainly not using them again.

Worst pharmacist ever. Went to get my prescription for a fungal ear infection. As I see the antibiotic comes in drops rather than tablets, I point out to the pharmacist that I still have residue of wax that don't allow me to hear and probably don't allow the antibiotic to work at all. His answer was "clean your ear and then put the drops". So I ask how am I supposed to clean my ear? Answer "Cotton buds". So I say I am not supposed to use cotton buds to clean my ear. His answer: "You have to clean your ear otherwise the drop will not work". so me : "thanks to proving my point, now, how I am supposed to use my drop if cannot clean my ears?". Answer " TRY". Worst pharmacist ever, rude and ignorant! Avoid!
