We just moved to the area and needed to purchase a bookshelf. We ordered online and the page automatically selected Wood Green as pick up store without us realising. We went to the Hornsey branch as it was the only Argos we were aware of in the area, but Rihanna was extremely helpful and proactive: instead of just directing us to the correct branch, she offered to check if the item was in stock and also took care of cancelling the other order and issue the refund. She was very frendly and chatted with us whilst we were waiting for the order to be processed. Manager behaviour and great customer service, the kind it's so difficult to find nowadays. Thanks Rihanna!

Was served by rojda and manager. Bad customer service not professional. I bought straightners from another store the following day i wanted to return them. The manager said no he was adamament that the straightners come in a plastic cover and the socket has a plastic cover too. although i told him this was not the case he accused me if lying.i went to my original store and asked them for a new pair of straighteners. they opened them infront of me and they were the same no cover. ive taken photos of both the straightners in the store they do not come with covers or plastic covers for socket. and this was his reaspn to refuse my return. Rojda was very rude and ghetto. They both need to be replaced. What ever happend to customer service.

Shocking customer service!!!I was collecting my order this morning, and I didn?t get it! I provided all order number follow by pin- from text message. Still not enough, been asked for Argos card and ID..? Server wasn?t helpful instead was just rude!! I understand that there is some security, but providing id , Argos card ( who is actually carry actual plastic card!) is well behind 2022!!! Argos train your staff as customer service is shocking !!!

Never had a bad experience here! Items always good and exactly as I expected, and their covid precautions are the best I?ve come across, especially considering the small space they?ve got to work with inside and outside the store. Never have to wait very long and the staff are always nice.

I?ve recently purchased my item , I?ve been in the store 3 days in a row, to return my item none of the staff were fully trained to help me with my return ! They managed to give me a leaflet to call the original company for further help , I managed to take home and sorted it on my own with the company, MANUEL who is a member of staff told be once I manage to sort it out with the company I could take it back for a refund! On the 4th day another member of BUSHARA 24/4/21 then told me she can?t assist me cause I took the seal off myy item , and it?s in the policy & at the back of my receipt... she then had attitude towards me and went straight on her personal phone to do her own thing . I am sooo VEX honestly! I then tried to phone Argos later that evening, I asked to speak to Bushara when I asked her to tell me where exactly on the Receipt says I couldn?t return my item she cut the phone off on me .

Poor customer service from a member of management. I visited with a faulty item that had been used once (for 2 hours and in light conditions) and was accused of misuse, despite this member of management having no hiking knowledge whatsoever. The item was cleats for snow walking. She didn't demonstrate any knowledge of statutory rights or even understood the concept of fit for purpose. She was rude, dismissive and eventually when she got bored of arguing she threw her staff member under the bus and had her process the refund for us whilst she visibly sulked at the till next to us. She had a huge attitude problem and as a result have discouraged us so much from visiting that we go out of our way to inform other locals and friends not to visit. It was a silly thing to do. I won't return here until I pass by and see that she doesn't work there anymore, she was so unnecessarily personal, insulting and unpleasant.
