The right choice is not to buy from them. Their sales system is designed to take your money. You will find them with a yellow smile trying to sell you products at high prices. When you change your mind even before you receive the goods and ask to cancel them, an amount exceeding 25 % of their value will be lost from the amount they are returned to you, and you will be to blame because you did not read The terms on the purchase invoice are a very bad place, company, and people that I do not recommend dealing with at all

Waste of time. Made an order had a problem with the stupid finance company v12. Customer service said they were trying to resolve it and thought I was going to hang around waiting. I just went to a different company and had no issues.

The service was excellent definitely recommend Bensons for Beds. Both the showroom staff and delivery staff were professionally and polite.

The customer service at Bensons was extremely good.The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The store was clean, well lit and airy .One of the most infuriating things for me as a customer is when someone tries to sell me something I don't want or need .There was none of that.I purchased what I needed to . I also believe in value for money which is what got me to Bensons in the first place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Bensons. The staff were assistive but un-fussy and not at all 'pushy', which was nice.Tried out a ton of mattresses and got some honest professional advice on suitability.Made a purchase, and although the lead-in to delivery is a little slower than expected, I think we'll be happy with the purchase and the price was very good.

Ordered a mattress which was due for delivery on the 5th of December 2022, which finally arrived on the 17th of February 2023, with no real explanation as to why there was a delay. We chose this particular mattress as it was available in the shortest lead time for my 75-year-old mother would not recommend Bensons.

The order was delivered on the day it was promised when placing the order and at the time we were told that it would be delivered.We were kept regularly in touch with the progress of the order over the 6 week period from placing of the order to delivery.On the day of delivery we received a phone call telling an accurate time for delivery. The order was taken upstairs with a minimum of fuss.Very happy to recommend Bensons.

Terrible experience. got delivered a faulty mattress, has taken months to resolve, then they kept moving the delivery date unexpectedly without our consent, tried to leave us without a mattress for 2 weeks while heavily pregnant, then their delivery team refused to collect the faulty mattress despite this being agreed prior, wrong size mattress protector delivered, repeated inconsistent feedback from their customer service team giving wrong advice, wrongly got charged for re-delivery of new item even though this was replacing a faulty item. No end of hassle, will never use them again.

Poor experience, not explained or offered benefits/offers I later found out about. Was assured it would arrive before xmas but was told on the delivery date it hadn?t been loaded when I complained the supplier was blamed and it became clear the sofa bed had never been sent from the supplier. Meant I was a bed down for xmas visitors. Second delivery date booked in and again a call on the day to say it wasn?t coming. More complaints and offered a derisory sum of money to compensate for having to be at home on 2 occasions for non delivery?s and for general poor service. Finally arrived and had to build the thing myself, still awaiting the compensation. Not impressed.

Wrong product delivered. Customer service advised me to go to the nearest store, 6miles away, to get that exchanged! What's the point of paying for delivery if they screw up and I have to get that exchanged. On further pressing, they have setup a collection and delivery of the new product but it has just added more weeks to complete the full order now, which anyways took 5 weeks in the first place!
