Decent store, the manager is distasteful and was rude to customers and staff. Maybe should be more considerate to their own especially with the reviews I am seeing published. Staff was lovely to me with the order I made, just the higher heads need fixing.

Attention, there is a thief in the store who is stealing customers' phones, the helpless staff says that this has happened several times this week!!! Please take care of your customers, maybe hire some security!!!!! I can't imagine saying something like that and not doing anything about it

I buy all my cards from the card factory Croydon North End since it opened. The cards are very good value for money and I buy my card in bulk especially when they are on special offer.Today I felt that I had to write a review just to commend the excellent service I received by two members of staff Maggie and Jess. Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Keep up the good work ladies.

I buy lots of cards and balloons here. They offer a good selection and great prices. One slight criticism is that they never have any large size bags available. Happens several times now.

The store is fit for its purpose. I was only disappointed by the till service that I received as the young man had no idea on how to blow up my balloon which he did not tie properly so it came away within 20mins of leaving the store, he forgot to print my receipt and there was no trained member of staff available to assist him. There's hardly anynody available on the shop floor which can make the search for what you need a little longer however overall I'm glad that we have this 'card factory'.
