Have visited this Co-op a few times, it is a decent size, and the variety on offer is ok.Good for commuters as it is a stone's throw from Selhurst train station.However, for grocery shopping, I'd try LIDL which is a bus ride away, or a 5 mins drive in a car.

Well stocked, friendly and engaging staff. Prices are a little high as is the case with all Co-ops, but compared to some other branches I felt this was a decent one.

Photo taken at 9:51 pm15 January 23 on Sunday it shows closing time 10:00 pmHowever i was there at 9:50 pmBut they already close the main door for entry and not allowed to me and another 1 person came to purchase something!!!I had another incident before, but it was just very close around 9:59 pm so I considered that one ?.But this one very disappointing on compare to *Tesco?.*They close 11 o?clock, but if you were there 10:58 pm~.They allowed you to go and purchase your shop!!!!

This branch won't accept Co-op membership cards that contribute to local youth and disabled charities as well as giving well-deserved member special offers. When I visited on 3 July 2022 I heard mad screaming like there was a violent attack, and it was an employee looking at a sport event on a friend's phone. He was the one who refused to accept my Co-op card at the till. Terrible customer service skills.

This store doesn?t have rude workers! The young black guy is so nice and always talks to everyone, the young black woman is kind and helpful. Never have I experienced rudeness or anything

The customer service in this place is non existent!! Today the young black guy on the till dashed me a plastic bag and made me pack the items myself, usually it?s not an issue but I had 3 items and my arms were already full - can you really be that lazy?? Not just him - a female has done the same on the till. If that?s how they behave replace them with self service checkouts - at least the robot says hello ??
