“Great deals, always busy and I'd recommend not going on a weekend including a Friday because the car park and queues are ridiculous.Take a list so you remember what you went in there for as you'll be tempted by things on offer. The hot food to buy is such a bargain, my cousin bought a hot dog and large refill drink for £1.50 and told me the pizza slices are the size of a plate so for that alone Costco is a great place to shop for your bulk buy goods”

“Love this supermarket. Bright, wide open n full of stock. I like it’s modern style layout. Chiller n frozen cabinet looks great. Wine section is really cool. Even its prices r bit high than other supermarkets but still it’s so convenient to have this in our area. On top of that, very big free car park at the rear, making it more easy to shop there. There’s a post office inside too so have more reasons to shop there.”

“I m very glade that I meet a colleague named happy Patel in the store. She greet me with the smile every time. Today I went to buy milk but it’s not on the shelf so I ask her and she stop doing her work and bring milk for me. She also help another lady in finding something so she served her with same smile and humbleness. She is always smiling and it’s good to talk to her.”

“Been going here for around a year to drop off/ collect parcels and never had a problem. All the staff are lovely and really want to help. I was very pleasantly surprised when I first started going here as most parcel shops I’ve been to have had very rude staff. 10/10 would recommend, especially for people with social anxiety as they really do make you feel welcome.”

“Great staffing, by being friendly to the community it genuinely does not feel like those generic shops where the staff have no connection with the customer. There’s always stock and if there isn’t the staff and the manager go above and beyond as they tell me which Tesco's nearby me would have that stock.Give them all a raise!”

“All the staff in sainsburys I have found very friendly and polite. Also a good banter can be had, I find the staff at Portland road, south Norwood especially brilliant with their customer service, even the security are very welcoming, I always enjoy my shopping experience there 😁”

“A group of us from a local community organisation play darts and have a pub lunch twice a month here. The landlord Martin makes us feel welcome, caters to our needs and makes his pub readily available to his local community ,irrespective of the age group. The lunchtime meals are nicely prepared, unfussy but wholesome and there are a variety of hot and cold beverages to purchase. Well worth a visit if you are a community group looking for new, clean and accessible premises with a few extra frills.”

“What can i say, Bruce is always friendly in the morning and up for a chat and the afternoon staff (yet to learn there names) go above and beyond to help me Today I popped in as i was at work and forgot my phone charger and had to take an important phone call. I has no cash on me so the PM staff kindly gave me one of there own personal chargers! Cant thank them enough for saving me like that. Always pop in most days sometimes just to say hello. Great Store Great Staff”

“Customer Service:Tesco prioritizes customer satisfaction and has a friendly and helpful staff. The employees are generally approachable and ready to assist with inquiries or locating products. However, during peak hours, the checkout queues can be long, leading to slight delays in the payment process. Despite this, the checkout staff work efficiently to minimize wait times.Value for Money:Tesco is known for its competitive pricing and frequent promotional offers. The availability of Tesco's own brand products, which often provide quality alternatives at lower prices, allows customers to save money without compromising on quality. Tesco's Clubcard loyalty program also rewards frequent shoppers with discounts and additional benefits, adding further value to the shopping experience.”

“Went yesterday on 14th June around 1:40ish and the ladies serving behind the tills and the food counter went above and beyond. Very friendly, helpful and a great example on providing brilliant customer service.”

“Staff are mostly very helpful, though a couple of the newer members seem to have a bit of an attitude. The store is clean and tidy, nicely laid out and the bakery in the morning is always well stocked. Produce is much better quality than the local Sainsbury's, particularly the fruit, although sometimes the selection is limited and the produce section bare. It's very good for your staples - lots of fruit & veg, the chilled/drinks/gravies & oils/household selections are very good for such a tight space... but if you want something a bit more exotic, I'd go to the small grocery store 2 doors down, or try the big Co Op in Addiscombe.”

“Due to it being renovated recently it looks very modern and clean. There are many snacks to buy here on the go however it is quite expensive, especially the bakery section.”

“Well stocked, friendly and engaging staff. Prices are a little high as is the case with all Co-ops, but compared to some other branches I felt this was a decent one.”

“The customer service of Co op is always friendly, welcoming and like a family village. The challenges they face with some of the local rehab customers abusing and robbing the store daily commends the Coop workers more as they still give us great service. Thank you”

“Id be lost without this shop, the staff are super friendly and they have an amazing selection for such a small shop. They even sell Cappiciola and Salami which is unheard of. God tier shop.”

“Convenient store. If I need a few bits they tend to have it and are usually quite well stocked with nice staff though there are times where you would be very hard pushed to find anyone if you want to use a till. It's also a bit cramped in places, it only takes one cage or one person to feel like you cannot move”
