Every time I?ve ever gone to any chemist with a prescription, the chemist has always kindly advised when the product is available over the counter for cheaper than the cost of a prescription. I paid £20 for two prescriptions this week, & was horrified when I got home & saw that one of them still had the £2.99 price tag on it. Very, very poor form. I know chemists are by no means obliged to advise customers on this, but it makes a huge difference to have a bit of good faith - especially in a cost of living crisis. Do not recommend & will be seeking an alternative chemist.

I have been collecting prescriptions from this pharmacy for years, and I can't believe the few negative comments. I've found them to be very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, plus their customer service skills are beyond reproach. Ignore the negative comments, especially the one about the lack of language skills. They deserve their high star rating. ?
