After a couple of frustrating days attempting to use another popular international courier service, the DHL Express Service Point at WHSmith Croydon, (Centrale Shopping Centre) saved the day.The staff that day provided outstanding customer service, were patient, and incredibly helpful in addressing all of my concerns. The overall process of posting my documents was very straightforward, and my letter reached its destination in a matter of days.
