I'm into making homemade cards..They have somethings that are useful. But I feel like they don't have enough. I ask for things, and quite a lot of the time, they don't have them, or they have been discontinued. They need more of a variety.. so I am disappointed in this shop!

Friendly staff, 2 floors of merchandise. I was looking for baking items, was able to randomly find raspberry flavoured paste for cupcakes. Queue never that long, but always busy.

Love this shop!!! Can easily spend a small fortune but they are reasonably priced. They cover pretty much every hobby and it?s a well laid out store. The staff are always helpful but I do find the parking abit rubbish so tend to visit in the evenings.

Brilliant store. Came for a workshop and although I had got the time wrong by mistake staff were so kind and gave us the materials to complete the craft at home. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.Store was very well stocked and had everything we needed, had a large halloween section and the beginnings of Christmas section.3 hours of free parking was very useful

Visited HobbyCraft (Croydon) yesterday and found it quite good as regards their range of stock, bearing in mind how few craft stores there are around these days. However I'm very disappointed that despite their size, they don't stock ANYTHING to do with rug making whether sets or accessories such as canvas or hessian backing. I think this is something the Company could seriously consider as I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys this hobby. Also, like many crafters, I prefer to SEE and EXAMINE before I buy at a 'real' store.
