I use Croychem in Lower Addiscombe Rd, where I pick up my friend's prescriptions. They're customer friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff are lovely people.

This is my local pharmacy. I had a sick child coming back from the hospital in desperate need of antibiotics. With the Pharmacy a few minutes passed closing I called in hope they had the medicine we needed. They did and even better they stayed open later just so I could get the prescription we needed that night. They went above and beyond. Thank you. Highly recommend.

The Lady who was trying to find my prescription on the screen was rude. Didn?t let me to finish my sentence and asked me to sit down and wait for it. As I ?Obeyed the order?, I could hear her making bad comments about me and my prescription to her colleagues, while waiting.I left the chemist frustrated and it?s not the first time that the lady was rude to me. First time I thought she was having a bad day, this time I am having a bad day because of this incident?

Superb customer service. I was having difficultly sourcing some medications I was on due to national shortages, but the team here did their very best to source me what I needed. Another example of an independent pharmacy outshining the chain retailers.
