I'm sure they do the job well but they tried to sell me with a straight face x5 small boxes for £35. They told me the price was high because they're 'double walled'. Couldn't even tell me how many litres the boxes are just one of the measurements (40 litres btw). For reference, I just ordered x10 double walled 40 litre boxes for £17 on amazon. I know amazon is cheaper but these guys tried to charge me 4x the normal price lol.

I used the Croydon branch of Mail Boxes Etc. via Auction Logistics, and I found them to be professional and speedy with their price quotes and collection, and the item collected arrived safely and very well packed.

Superb service. They collected a large painting from a London auction house for me (value £1000). Never received a painting better packed. There was no chance it would get damaged in transit. Very fast service and kept me updated. Thanks!

Went to the shop to have a form printed. When I handed out my USB stick, they said they can't take it due to Covid and I need to email my documents to them. I explained I'm concerned about the information being mishandled and then was told that if I don't email them, they won't print my documents.I reluctantly gave in because I was in a hurry but ironically, when paying with cash, their Covid concerns disappeared.My advice is to not print with them important documents as their handling of information given is dodgy and their assurance of "oh, we'll just delete the email" isn't exactly reassuring.
