My colleague went to do a transfer as he is not a Natwest customer, The staff said you can't do any transfer because he don't have a Natwest Card, totally wrong and lies. Whoever was in the counter at 16.30pm (29/08/2018) need action taking against, unprofessional . It says also on the board " if you are paying into a Natwest Bank Acc, and you are not a customer of Natwest, please make sure you have a valid Paying in slip from the account holder.
" unfortunately staff didn't bother helping out the Man, ask he didn't understand.
Hope the Head office will take action.
