Always long queues when trying to pay money in at this branch. The machines don't take large amounts of cash either! 4 desks but usually only 2-3 staff serving customers.

It's easy to deposit money and pay bills using the machines however if you need to speak to the staff at the tills there is always long queues.

Useless bank, everything is so complicated.
Long queues even when it isn't busy, no one to help with their awful cash machines which has an ironic "need help? Just ask us" sign, which is a complete joke as there isn't anyone to help.
No confidentiality at tills as the entire queue of people are watching and listening to the idiotic staff shout out personal financial info like the amount in your bank account.
Complete morons, worst bank in the UK.

Poorly laid out design. In trying to bring the cashiers closer they have created a nightmare. Forever locking and unlocking drawers or walking off to the back office. Very poor signage for the queue point meant people were constantly trying to jump in. No cash deposit envelopes evident so waited 1/2 hour to deposit cash which apparently could have done by machine but no one there to tell me that. 3 tills were blocked by customers who would normally have been seen in separate office leaving effectively only one working cashier. Would feel unsafe with large cash amounts in this environment.
If this is personal banking then 'no thanks'.
One can only question 2 of the other reviewers who gave 5 stars .
5 stars and the only comment is 'ok' and 'L' ????

Recently refurbished & now there is absolute confusion in queuing with no one having any idea where to stand.
NatWest have confused personal service with removing humans & putting in machines instead. Only bankers could make such an obvious mistake.
