Having read some Google reviews, I wasn?t sure whether to go to this branch. However, the phone I wanted was only available at this branch.The experience was great?friendly sales staff and speedy transaction.

Very bad experience. The lady I the till was not very helpful. She was even lazy to explain the product. I wanted an upgrade. Due to unhelpful nature. I walked away. She was an African Woman.

Mis-sold deal - be careful here, they added an extra add-on to our deal without our knowledge until it was shown in our bill and didn?t apply a discount that the sales advisor said I was entitled to as an existing customer.

Awful Awful Awful!!!...if I could give NO STARS I would. I am a new customer and was transferring from another mobile network to O2. I had a few questions regarding the transfer and my PAC code as it was taking a long time due to the weekend. I started the transfer request on a Saturday in another branch (which was excellent and very professional) The following Wednesday I was in the Croydon area and wanted to check on the status. The young assistant simply said"why don't you just phone O2 they will sort you out" I simply said"I am here now, can you please help me with this"he said"just follow the instructions on your O2 link", then he proceeded to look away as if I was a nuisance and did not deserve his attention. I said"can you please stay here as I may need help as I am not familiar with this process"he huffed a bit and just stood there while I tried to work out exactly what I had to do on the website on my mobile. after about 10 minutes of me doing everything, asking him for clarity every now and then and him just standing there looking, frankly quite annoyed. I hit the final button and he said,"there you are its done" I said"what do you mean?" he said"well its done...it may take a few hours to complete"then he walked off!!I have NO words to explain what I thought of this service as I simply do not want to swear!This assistant was, surly, petulant, unhelpful, and frankly, RUDE!

Dreadful customers service on several occasions. Either given the wrong information or told to find out for myself online. Terrible lack of knowledge. Just witnessed an elderly lady being treated rudely & dismissively after o2 had sent her to the shop for help. After reading all the complaints, I can't understand why these people still have their jobs.

Both in store staff and customer service are incompetent, unprofessional and just liars. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. They tell blatant lies and try rob you blind. The Croydon store and staff are the worst.

Very helpful, super nice. Best team I've ever come across. Sharing and exchanging ideas just to get the problem solved. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
