A group of us from a local community organisation play darts and have a pub lunch twice a month here. The landlord Martin makes us feel welcome, caters to our needs and makes his pub readily available to his local community ,irrespective of the age group. The lunchtime meals are nicely prepared, unfussy but wholesome and there are a variety of hot and cold beverages to purchase. Well worth a visit if you are a community group looking for new, clean and accessible premises with a few extra frills.

Friendly staff and customers. Fresh tasty home cooked traditional Sunday roast - generous portion at a reasonable price. Food arrived quickly. Nice beer garden out the back. Delighted to find a real pub!

Very friendly owner who helps you in any way he can. Closest shop to me that sells bird seed so I don't have to travel into Croydon centre.
