I like that there's a women's only area that can be accessed via the female changing room. Lots of equipment is available in this area and in the main gym. Staff members are exceedingly helpful. Everywhere is clean. The exercise studio is disappointing in that there is no light switch to control, so it can be a bit too bright for if you wanted to take part in a mood exercise, such as yoga. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the studio has windows in addition to air conditioning. Overall, it is a nice gym to visit.

Great gym and a great variety of classes. Highly recommend Scott (LEAN fitness) - brilliant PT and great classes (such as Metcon). Before starting PT sessions with Scott, I wouldn?t venture into any other parts of the gym outside of the studio classes. Scott has given me the confidence to do this. He really listened to what I wanted to focus on and I?m really enjoying weight training while being able to use all the machines and equipment confidently. Scott has been really supportive and I have a bespoke training and meal plan which has been really easy to follow with loads of variety. If you?re thinking about a PT, check Scott (LEAN fitness) out as I couldn?t recommend highly enough!

Been a member of pure gym for many many years. Enjoy the fact that there is a branch almost everywhere and always has everything needed as required. Recently I have started PT Sessions with Scott Galstin and can?t recommend him enough. He is very knowledgeable and very active with his sessions. Great at pushing me to realise my true capability and providing me with both nutritional and physical advice to reach my goals. He?s as flexible as my schedule seems to be which is always a great help and he?s always closely analysing my form and performance to make sure I?m getting the most out of my work out. Top choice for a PT if you are looking ! You?re also given an app to track your progress and remind you of technique when carrying out solo sessions ! Also I got a free T-shirt for LEAN fitness which was very nice :)

Couldn?t recommend Scott, one of the PTs more. I have been seeing him weekly for the last couple of years and have gone from having zero confidence in the gym to feeling a lot more comfortable with exercising in general and keeping fit. He explains things super clearly and pushes you to achieve your goals, all done in a friendly way. The cost is amazing value for money and I can vouch for the benefits both physically and mentally. Thanks Scott!

Scott is the best PT you could ask for. He?s always friendly and supportive, and will make you feel relaxed but still motivated to do your best. He always knows which exercises are best for the areas you?re trying to work on and gives great advice.

Remus? step class is very good. He has taught HIIT step and traditional step and I enjoyed both! He did well and must have more step classes in the week. This will increase his confidence and improve the classes. Well done Remus!

It's ok from a location point of view but avoid coming in the peak hours, you won't get access to every machine.Kindly slow down the music in the ovt sessions... sometimes it's quite disturbing
