Have been shopping here for well over 20 years and have seen the changes over the years.This is a massive store, well stocked, and the car park is a generous size.The best time to visit this particular store is first thing in the morning. It gets exceptionally busy on Saturday afternoons, which is to be expected.

Awful customer service experience, literally got insulted by a staff member on the way out.Just one piece of advice for this person to learn how to speak to customers.It doesn?t cost money to learn manners and respect others.Please stop threatening customers spending their hard earn cash that you can serve them without any reason.I believe it was a personal attack on me so definitely will push this further.

My parents have shopped at various Sainsbury stores for 50 years, my mother is now wheelchair chair bound and requires a wheelchair trolley to shop, the Purley Way branch only has one available at any time, which is ludicrous, it?s a large superstore which is always very busy, It?s discrimination against disabled people. The 1 Star is for this alone, the store and staff are lovely.

Awful service..the lady on self scan is the most miserable human on earth...i asked a tall lady with buzz cut hairstyle to approve my red bull after waving a few times to get her attention as she was staring into space she snapped im tired can't u just wait then went to a colleague andstarted moaning while me n other customers just stood there

Order number 817266677 online delivery 08/12/23. Slot 6-10am. The van driver rang me at 9am to say that he has COVID-19 infection and deliver my shopping but stay away from me because I am vulnerable. My family member refused the shopping because I am on steroids and it makes your immune system low and I could catch infections. I rang Sainsbury and they passed on to a manager. I called several times and I was told they will deliver 5-6pm but the shopping did not come. I rang the care line and they said I can have £10 compensation. I said why you have delivery driver delivering food if he has COVID and also handling food and passing the infection to other customers it is shocking. I rang again and a manager called Owen said someone will call me on Saturday 6- 10am about my online shopping. At 7pm a driver rang me stating the my shopping will be delivered at 7:30 pm. When the shopping arrived a lot of food I ordered online were missing. I rang Sainsbury and asked for my money back for the missing food products and I was told I will receive my money back within 3 - 5 days.

The smart shop was not working and looked messy with trolleyeswith food and goods also it very crowded in the self serve tills also customers were leaving the tills to go get item when was a que to the tills and leaving baskets and trolleys in the area also with gates make hard to get out the staff we?re working hard but need more staff Purley way Croydon seems bad look after store . The stores at north cheam and Epsom are lot better also feed back is hard as to many scam web sites after information watch out.

This goes to ARGOS :A lovely manager tried to help me and told me to try to chose a different product as headphones broke again.I tried my best to do so, but all products I like are out of stock. I spent 45 min looking at products.When a young cashier with slightly curly hair, a young female of mixed skin tone , yes you know who you are, told me oh no need to call JBL number.I told her I done it in previously. I told her 1st thing I did I called jbl before going to argosTo which she told me to note down the number. I told her its not the case. As JBL told me there is nothing they can do to go to Argos, but as its Sunday I can not prove it out of office hours today.She didnt even open my account and was dismissing me or anything I said.I will call tomorrow at working hours if the case is same I am starting complaint against you. So that you learn to treat customer with some dignity.How can your manager understand that and you are so terrible at this job ??Consider working in hospital your skill set fits right in there. You can then dismiss patients with paracetamol.You are a small human being with very bad customer service.You dont know how this job is done. And all you do is being dismissive, to feel some power trip. Only sad people need that and refuse to help.Then maybe ! do not work in customer service! Or get some training cos you are soo bad at this jobWhat a sad person you are to care to help so deeplyEven more shame Argos provides such a poor training to you. Cos its all failed process you follow.Never had any problem at any Argos except with you young miss smart and capable ..Of total arrogance.And if I tell you I called JBL and they told me to go to Argos why would you send me back to themIf you listen you will learn . Clearly you could not care to learn cos you are a celebrity and whole world awaits to get you in the first class.Thanks for wasting an hour of my life ,I hope you fully enjoyed your narcissistic pleasure and I promise I will waste your equally.I will come back don't worry you smart heartless human

Sunday morning at 1120 - had to use my phone to scan as none of their scanning devices were available - very long queues at self checkout (with one completely closed) got stopped being paying so they could ?check? items - basically to check nothing was stolen (so why have self checkouts when there is no trust is my question!!) with the lady saying ?oh I can do that for you? NO your doing it for yourself not me - I?m doing your job that your not paying me for AND wasting my time? when finally checking through most of my goods and letting me know everything was ok, said ?you can pay now!! I was fuming - Been coming to this supermarket for over 30 years - driving past 3 others to get here. No more?. My loyalty is no more.
