Have been here many times, usually with my builder, to get all sorts of materials, wood, tools, paint, screws, ladders, etc - anythingyou mightneedforyourDIY project. The store is very spacious and well organised, making it very easy to find what you need. There's always space in their car park outside.

Missing item on delivery. Not even my local selco. Have emailed them and written a complain still no answer. Will have to go in person to a store 40 min drive away to get my refund. Absolute joke customer service

Cannot seem to pick up the phone in this store. This is after delaying a delivery, sending the wrong items, and after the 3rd attempt, items still missing. You couldn't make it up honestly. This is hardly fit for trade is it? More in line DIY tbh.Edit: I understand they've just had a new IT system, so fair enough, these things are difficult sometimes.

Usually could get all I need. The prices do not include VAT so watch how you make comparison with other stores that have VAT included.Some times the quality of wooden materials and product vary. I suggest where possible you select your own products, put them on trolley and leave them for delivery.

Absolutely poor service,those people are terrible.I think they everynight are sleeping on the wrong side of the bed,I was second in the queque who had to argue with them for something that they are not right!I am shopping among all the big name merchants and has no issues with anyone regardless of the type of receipt I provide.Hayden and his "manager" rejecting to return an item bought the previous day because I have provided them a digital receipt,having in mind that all the items I ever bought from them are in my account and they can see the sale hystory and the ammount of them .I explained that I am working on the rain and the receipt is damaged and they still resist that they want the paper one.And this is not the first time I am having an issues with this branch.I have purchased a custom mix paint few months back -kendal rose,where the operator have chosen 1L mix instead of 5L mix and was still saying that the colour will be the same,no matter what he chosen on the computer.just note We are also humans and we also do understand computers.I am working with paints everyday so dont try to foul people like that ! I wont be shopping anymore with Selco as this is just rediculous customer service.
