Was shopping yesterday at our local store where Iv shopped since they opened.I?m so upset and my anxiety is through the roof since what happened yesterday.I was followed all around the store by members of staff then when paying at the till all staff?s were rude and ignorant except for one young lady who served me. I then left and was sat having a coffee at the coffee shop directly next door to Superdrug where one of the rude members of staff from Superdrug came outside speaking to the security guys which she proceeded to say probably louder than she thought or maybe she wanted me to hear her, ? yeah that?s the one there? nodding her head in my direction and then carried on to say ?but it?s ok she paid for her stuff?. To say im distraught embarrassed totally on edge is an understatement, im absolutely devastated. I let them know that I heard what she had said and she just turned away and walked back into the store.I had just spent £38 in that store and if I hadn?t of been so upset I would of gone in and asked for a refund. Superdrug are hiring bits of kids in this store and it?s different faces every time you go in. Anyway ten minutes later one of the young ladies who works in Superdrug just caught up with me, She said she wanted to say sorry to me for what she had witnessed inside the store and what had taken place outside the store. I said how lovely of her but she had nothing to apologise for.I will never shop with Superdrug again.I have shopped on my local shopping center long long before Superdrug came there, I know members of staff personally at other stores on the complex and now feel too upset and anxious to go back there. Superdrug you have absolutely nothing in your store that I couldn?t afford to buy if I wanted it. My heart hasn?t stopped racing since this happened yesterday.

Very disappointed with the customer service team, I used my advance card in store two separate times one totalling 7575 in points and the other 4209 points, which on the app says totalling 11784 worth of points. I been waiting nearly a month for the point to be added to my account, which today 26th Jan 2024 I messaged the customer serves team to ask what was going and then for them to tell me Ive already had the point, to which i responded with the screenshots of my account showing i hadn't revived them yet. which the team responded saying sorry and it was their mistake and to rectify it they were going to only give me 300 points. This is not acceptable when i meant to have 11784. Ive used my advance card for over 10 years and never this problem before. very very disappointed with superdruges

Do not apply to.work at Head Office if you are a POC. Management endorse racism and inequality and pay POC the lowest wages. HR need to be investigated as they refuse to address the fact that racism thrives in Head Office. If you want career progression, being northern and a racist bully will definitely get you there.

Disgraceful customer service today in the Corby store at phoenix park way. As a long loyal customer to Superdrug I can not believe the service I have just received by both the Assistant and the manager, I asked to purchase as £20 gift card for my young Niece for Christmas as she also loves shopping in Superdrug, I asked for the Christmas voucher and during the sale I asked what other ones she had and she told me just the black one, I said no I will take the Christmas one, the assistant proceeded to put it through the till and handed me the black one, I responded to her to say no I want the Christmas one please and she said sorry I can?t refund it after she spoke to someone on the headset, I said I asked for the Christmas one, I asked to speak to the manager and she again spoke on the headset and said she wants to speak to you, she then said to me I am talking to her on the headset and she said she is on her break and you can not have a refund. Again I said but I asked you for the Christmas one and you haven?t given me what I asked for, her reply was it?s a miss communication then and nothing I can do!! I WILLNOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from Betnel (sales assistant) Hammersmith I recently purchased white nailing vanish and wanted to return it, when I came in I was told that I couldn?t because it was considered as ?makeup? it did not state this on my receipt therefore I am well in my rights for a refund, on arrival before the situation the Eastern European lady was lovely and polite and once the refund was approved she and her collegue turned ugly. They were very passive aggressive and rude, I would just like to say the money is not coming out of their wages and maybe they should smile a little bit more or go back to training and learn how to deliver good customer service. Let?s not be ugly on the inside and the outside :)

Lost my personal & sensitive data.. Will report to ICO as the total lack of customer service means I have no idea whether I have been hacked or not.First time order, a blood test requiring "online doctor approval". Unable to login to account. No customer service phoneline anymore. Chat was useless until I found a human chat channel that told me no account registered to that email. So they have my credit card details, sensitive personal information, there's been some sort of breach or hack, and then no way of resolving this. Wasted hours. Absolutely disgraceful.

WHENEVER IVE HAD A PROBLEM, THEY ARE BAD A RESOLVING ISSUES, OR ANY KIND OF FOLLOW-UP RESPONSE TO MY CONVERSATIONS, ESPECIALLY ON 'CHAT' SERVICE.IT SEEMS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS DESPITE WHAT THEY CLAIM ON WEBSITE.

I was on the phone for 20 minutes to Head Office waiting to be contacted to the Accounts Department and then I was cut off - how on earth do you get to speak to someone - Website gives a telephone number for Customer Service but surprise surprise it doesn?t take calls. I am disgusted with the service.
