Was supposed to have a delivery for Saturday and it never even showed up contacted the number 2 times 1 time said don?t panic it be here 2nd time they are like oh do you want to click and collect how can I go to there at 16:30 on Christmas Eve

The delivery driver who was supposed to delivery my Christmas shopping this morning, did not show up, and when I called customer service to find out why my shopping has not arrived, I was told that the driver said he tried to deliver my shopping and I was not at home. I am a disabled, housebound woman and there are two other family members staying with me for Christmas, yet he is saying that no one was in my home when he tried to deliver my shopping. The delivery driver also has my phone number which he should have used if he was having problems delivering my shopping, but I received no phone call. The driver clearly went to the wrong address and all attempts by customer service to contact the driver and the store has not worked. I have also been informed by customer service that my shopping may not even be delivered. So with 3 days to Christmas, Tesco has my shopping and my money, and is penalising me for their own delivery driver being unable to find my address and lying that he tried to deliver and I was not at home. What a disgraceful way to treat any customer, especially a vulnerable customer.

I have had a morning from hell with Tesco?s delivery service!!! First of all I had a delivery driver named Michael who casually turned up late with no apology whatsoever and when I addressed the fact that his lateness had now affected my morning school run (expecting a simple apology would suffice) , he arrogantly responded by threatening to not give me my shopping!!! I then made it clear that he should not be taking my shopping anywhere as I have paid for it and the delivery service, plus waited in an extra 20minutes. I live on a ground floor apartment with easy access so he had no excuse not to bring it to my front door which is less that a 2 metres away from the apartment entrance. Shockingly he refused to allow me access to my shopping, slammed the door shut and turned his crate trolley around and walked off back to his van. He did this out of pure spite!!! What a creep! I am 9 months pregnant and have young children in the house so I am vulnerable. I cannot express how distressing this was for me and my children to witness being treated this way first thing in the morning by someone who is meant to be a trusted reliable member of society. And I cannot believe that Tesco would employ such a rude and arrogant individual. After this my shopping was arranged for redelivery, only they managed to get half of my items mixed up with another order. What a shambles!!! Deeply upset by this and will avoid shopping with Tescos in the future.

absolutely terrible never got my order or an update as to what was going on, I phoned customer service and they couldnt get through to anyone at this location nor could i get through myself, I had to cancel my order for the one day this week i could do any shopping

I have been seeing the same driver for the last month or so which is great - people scare me. Not sure whether I'm supposed to mention names but he's called Lucky and most definitely one of the nicest people I have met in a very long time. Luck is helpful, courteous, polite and very kind. Just wish I could see him every week as he always cheers me up with his sunny disposition. In a previous life he was a head chef (until Covid arrived and laid off) so I'm working on getting him to cook me a meal - one can but try. Whatever, a very big thank you to Lucky.

Why hasn?t your telephone number been updated ? And the morning customer service team at this branch is horrendous- why don?t you get a different job if you do t like it there ? Please update your telephone number , shouldn?t even be asking - some people claim to have jobs but it?s highly questionable if you actually do the job you?re employed to do ! Stay home

Tesco delivery driver has damaged my property. I ve been calling ever since 28th of April but the manager of the depot has not got back to me. My kids can't play outside as it is unsafe due to the damage.I have been calling every 3rd day as i was told by the customer services that somebody from the depot would get back to me within 72 hrs. Even the customer services team is upset and said that it should have been dealt asap for the safety of anyone climbing that stairs.

I don't usually leave reviews, however given my experience this morning, I need to expose the vile and rude customer service team their. Absolute ghetto and threatening behaviour. What type of company employs staff with such abhorrent behaviour abd attitudes, passing the phone around to different members of staff to threaten me that I won't receive my shopping due to my challenge of their behaviour.Threatening customers of non delivery is a new high for Tescos. Will be writing to their Chief Executive to highlight this stores behaviour and the lack of management.The team will be exposed as liars.Hope the manager has the decency to call back to provide feedback!
