Overly priced. Guy was repairing something and told me to come back in a few hours without even asking what I wanted help with. And a few hours? Not even 10 or 30 mins. I drove all the way there just for timpsons and he wanted me to leave and return in a few hours without even knowing what I needed. Pooe service, wouldn't recommend the Asda Purley Way branch.

Went in to the Asda Store and replace a battery on my watch which had a sentimental value to me. Was told by Emma that the watch will be ready to collect in 25 minutes so did some shopping. up on return collecting my watch the movement was not working so went back to check the battery had been actually changed.... was told yes the battery had been changed. Emma Kindly said we will send off to have a look at the watch to our HQ on the movement to which i agreed. I was told this would take 10 working days. returning on the 12th day to the Asda store i showed the ticket to another person and was told the watch was not here yet and should receive a txt msg, when the watch is ready. now 4 weeks (month) spoke to the manager over the phone and spoke to a chap called Connor who was helpful and said he has the watch but does not seem to haver been sent for it to be looked at. Connor the new manager at the store in Asda said this will be sent to be fixed. I find this an appalling service. will wait another 10-15 days and see if the watch is back fixed- waiting patiently. watch this space for another update

Website states they can replicate paxton (bullet shape) key fobs. On going to the store was told they cannot.Staff also disinterested and not keen to help.

This young man Smooth was an absolute gentleman. He was pleasant and very helpful.If I ever need my keys cut or need to buy a keyring as long as he is there I will be using Timpson.
