i had ordered a stihl cultivator on line. price was very good. the downside, is site didnt say it was not in stock. So phoned after a week to ask where product was. They were awaiting delivery, so may not get it for 2 weeks and i needed it ASAP. So i asked to cancel the order and their service was friendly , helpful and very swift. I had my money back that day. I was delighted as many companys can be very very difficult in those circumstances. So thank you for making it so easy.

This Company recieved my chainsaw from a courier in Feb 20 and still have it. Little to no communication. I have sent multiple emails and had no response. Poor communication, lack of professionalism really poor service.Not reccomended

Sent me the wrong item and was told someone would be in touch. 24 hours later I?ve not heard anything back and have chased via email for a response. Having spent just under £400 I expected better service than this.

I think you really find out what a business is like if you encounter a problem. I had a problem with an aircon unit I bought. It wasnt so straightforward to get sorted but I was very pleased to always be answered promptly, politely and helpfully. It was satisfactorily sorted. Great prices and great choice. I'd buy again from this company.

Reasonable price for the charger but when it arrived it was not in the makers box or with any instructions. Not a massive issue which was resolved easily because we were able to go to their retail premises and collect a new boxed one. There was no problem with the exchange and no apology either. It was evident that one had been taken off a display and just sent out. Maybe a small point and something many people wouldn't bother about but if I buy something new that is what I expect to receive. On top of the issue we could have bought it £5 cheaper elsewhere! This will make me think about buying from them again.
