Great customer service. Most accommodating and professional.Did not find the tile I was looking for, but found something better. Expedient service. Problems if my own making they fixed in a jiffy.Would definitely return.

Absolutely lovely experience in the shop today - came in trying to track down an extra box of a specific make and colour of flooring that seems to have been discontinued (bought the initial ones from a different chain store a few months back and only just got around to installing them, only to fall the tiniest bit short of enough material to finish the room), and Kellie was incredibly helpful and a delight to chat to throughout. We left with both the flooring we needed and some useful info for future projects. When the next bit of home renovation comes around we'll be sure to swing by again!

I went there to get some samples for an extension and since then I get called every other day to see if I'm going to buy from them. As an architect I find this extremely disrespectful and very disruptive. They also call at any time of day , I asked multiples times to not get contacted as the project is still not on building stage and yet they still call me.

I just want to mention how happy I am with my new Victorian mosaic tiles, absolutely beautiful.I want to thank Alessandro from Top Tiles in Thornton Heath who has advised me on the purchase and also ecommended me to use the cement colour grout which looks great.Alessandro and Clive have been absolutely fantastic, great customer service and with no doubt I will return even thought I have another Top Tiles near me.
