“My son attended a gaming tournament at this venue and forgot his Nintendo Switch there. We live around 1.5 hrs away and only noticed when we got home. I spoke to Vladdy via the telephone who was brilliant in reassuring me that the unit had been put away safely. I kept in touch with her until I eventually collected the console and she was always prompt and immediate in her reply and very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much hassle for her and made me feel at huge ease. She told me exactly where the console had been left and who I should see when I collected. This was important as it was a bit of a drive to go back. She is a great asset to the company and it is extremely rare to find such hard working/passionate staff committed and dedicated to their jobs and the public they serve. Thank you again Vladdy ?”

“Rarely shop here but needed to sell my wireless earbuds to raise much needed cash. Given that I had forgotten to clean them they were good enough to advise me to clean them first before they could take them in. Did that there and then and then they processed my sell. They gave me a kind of Cex card to use next time I want to sell something. It makes the process faster. Saw some good items in there and lots of PS2 games which I don't usually see with them to find so many in a shop. One advantage with them is that they close at 7pm most days which is great for me. Disadvantage is that you can't put a deposit down for something and pay it off like Cash Converters offer. The staff were friendly during my visit.”
