Good place. What more can I say, it does what it does. Friendly staff, good selection of food stuff etc. It's not a very big place so you won't get everything; I think the cat food section isn't very big so you only get what they have but still a good place to shop. Fresh fruits and veg at the front...yeah if in the area, pop in.

A good store that has gone a bit downhill. Now the good whisky is in empty boxes it adds 20 mins to your shop. However if you are smart this works. Pick a box. Go to customer services. Wait till they notice you. Wait 10 plus minutes till they get the bottle you wanted. Or they pick a bottle by the same distillery. If it is the bottle you wanted smile and wave. If it is a lesser bottle complain. If they give you a more expensive bottle smile and realise they don't know you are ripping them off.Repeat - at worst you get what you paid for - or you win more!

The only issue I encounter when shopping here is that occasionally, the staff retains the bags, and when you request a bag at the end of your shopping, they insist on checking your receipt to confirm your payment. I've noticed that some staff seem selective about whose receipts they check.

They?ve replaced all of the regular checkouts, and now the queues are about 20-30 customers deep on a good day. To make things worse, many of the self serve checkouts are regularly broken. I simply don?t understand why Sainsbury?s keep pursuing this policy when it leads to such a miserable experience for customers.

A well presented shop but despite it's size doesn't stock some items that smaller shops sell. The car park can only sensibly accessed by lift unless you only have a few items. The main reason for dropping stars is that you are encouraged to use self service checkouts. In fact almost forced to do so, I declined because I had a full trolley but a checkout was opened for me, a queue formed quickly. The next visit there was one working checkout with a long queue. I doubt will return to this particular Sainsbury's.

Appalling service! Waited 10 minutes for assistant to help at the safe check out. I had to wave my arms to get his attention. When he finally came I told him of my disatisfaction and he insulted me. I asked for a manager but was told that noone was available. I had enough and walked out. Used to be a top class store. I have never been insulted by a member of shop staff before!!

Horrible layout and poor selections. Stuff is scattered about, making it very difficult to find stuff. I found pies in 4 different locations! Probably thinking they will increase sales by making customers walk the aisles. I just avoid the shop. Have other things to do with my life. Sainsbury's online sales are a mess too.

Stars lost due to this branch's very evident oversight of the prolonged closure and creeping dereliction of their public toilets, which used to serve an important role in the local community being the only ones available for miles.Attitude to the repairs and reopening of them is the opposite of urgency. This includes the supposedly accessible RADAR toilet they also oversee.

Renovated the place, which has improved it, but there's now only one proper check-out and that's often unmanned. Forcing people to use check-out machines is regressive. Stop it!

Very good store. Now no queues because of the new self checkout area for trolleys. Big and free parking for 3 hours. Lifts.

We went for a collect from argos on a Saturday. It marked as close at 5pm, but in reality it was open and someone from Sainsburry was able to provide the parcel.

The new store layout is a mess, with stuff all over the place. It can be incredibly hard to find items. And since the new self service checkouts have been installed there is never anyone around to ask. It's a miserable shopping experience.

Such a shame Sainsbury's are laying off their shop floor staff in favour of what? There is never anyone around to ask for items or offer assistance. Those that are there are so busy they don't have time to give personal service, although they do try, and the wait times to speak to the staff you can find are ridiculous. It's a tragedy that personal service is disappearing from our society and its spearheaded by the big supermarket chains.I will be shopping in the independent shops more and give my hard earned money to local traders who help local people and the local economy.

One of the worst chains in the area. Small store but it has decent size for parking so they deserve one star. But they don't seem to have many items especially the daily essential one available. They change shelves frequently which I think is unnecessary. I wouldn't want to do my grocery shopping at this store, completely waste of time.
