The receptionist was and is in contact with covid 19, she doesn't care about others around her. Needs to be re_educated in the covid do's and don't. Should know better.Shame on you. Shouldn't of been at work.Do the management do test and trace on their staff As I need an optician.

Needed lenses replaced told me £80 asked me to download a covid-19 tracker as I entered the store went to spec savers £30 and £29 if I wanted frames too so for £59 I got my lenses replaced and a new set of frames and lenses got 2 pairs now ?I'm never going back here

Although I have purchased my glasses (2 pairs) I requested my pupillary distance measurment so I could buy an emergency pair elswhere at a third of the price. This Henry Morgan branch would not provide this and totally refused when I insisted. For anybody else in this position. For just £10 you can request a full copy of all your records under Freedom of Information Act.. Thats what Im doing now.
