Would give zero stars if I could, very rude customer service they never want to scan prepaid parcels, this is the 3rd time I?ve used them, I bought in a pre paid small parcel weighing less than 1 kg I had paid for 2kg more weight than I should have I was told that I hadn?t put the correct weight on and I should have just bought the parcel in and they would charge me, it?s always the same yet other local post offices never seem to have that problem, I won?t use them again very, very bad service, shop is very grubby looking

It was fantastic and good looking before but now very dirty and noisy indeed .I think the authorities should do something about it please , especially , the Post Office areas !
