Most unfriendly customer service I have ever received I work in retail and I filled up my motorcycle to the max and was told to remove my helmet and balaclava to make a payment in cash the person at the till refused to give me their name but the white male in front of me wasn?t asked Any questions or anything concern about their vehicle

Scammer, I used thier ATM there was 3 pounds charge mentioned on screen but they charged me around 22 pounds in fee and unknown charges.

The worst service I've ever received.I pulled up to put in petrol just as another customer was paying for theirpetrol after they have finished filling up, bearing in mind this was after 1am in the morning. Meaning you pay before put in petrol. He let the woman who was white fill up before paying , but asked me to pay before filling up . I said fine . I then went on to pay with my card ,he refused giving me my receipt .asking me to go fill up and then come back to take my receipt,which I refused. He started shouting at me to my surprise. Other customer's where behind me was also in shock to see what was unfolding... he then went on to give me my receipt after 5 minutes of shouting with other customers asking why he wouldn't give me my receipt. This the second time this older man has done this to me, am not going to stand for this , I own a restaurant and understand what customer service is . I would never fill up at this station again. But would take this further . This not the end of this .....

New visit to see the disgusting rude old.I went with my mate, he tapped on the window after many attempts to wake the guy up from his deep sleep but then starting shouting at me and my friend when he was sleeping it was only way to wake him up .He moaned because we knocked on the window then started saying he wasn't sleeping just leaning on the side. Shouting the whole time all I wanted was two bottles of cola. I don't care if he is sleeping but no need that it out on regular customer all the timeThis man is always rude, has no respect at all, it's a shame the younger guy who work there is very polite I wonder what it be like to work with such disrespectful old man.Old visitVery bad service they overcharge when it comes to early hours or late night. The worker is very rude but after many trips to the garage he grows on you and becomes entertainment i wonder what will happen next time always a surpise!!

Rip off! Taking advantage on what is going on at the moment. V Power petrol almost 1.70 per litre. Greed greed greed ! Bit further Asda and Esso petrol station with better prices. Avoid!!!!!

Person in the shell image is the worst behaviour you will get in the night if you perches there. Don?t know how to talk nicely. Like don?t want to serve customers in the night throwing money on the floor and using bed language. Avoid this pump specially night time

Won't go to this station ever again. Rude staff, especially this particular cashier guy, who, with customers inside the shop, he signs in his own language and he is pretending fighting with someone, kicking and punching. I just can waited to pay and get out from there. RUDE!!!!

Avoid this fuel station the guy put 3030.00 instead of 30 pounds on contactless payment and blocked my bank, never coming here again also had to pay first

Sharing a picture out of someone else as couldn't get the name of the employee that absolutely terrified me with his behaviour. Tried to pay by card something went wrong in the progress and the personal assistant absolutely lost his mind and started to be shout at me using his disgusting language. Regret spending any money out there. Defiantly do not recommend shopping in there, never shopped before but never will. Just came by first time as was running out of petrol late at night. Disgraceful customer service I hope that person will get investigated. That's not right whatever his problem is being like this towards others.

Awful service. Only ever been to this petrol station twice in my life and both times the attendant made it the most awkward transaction ever. This time I had to go pay after putting in £37.75 of fuel (because apparently that pump won't fill a tank) to them go back out and carry on with filling my tank. My partner went to the same pump 20mins later and filled her tank no problem. Very awkward and rude service and would rather use another petrol station up the road
