The shop owner is absolutely useless he needs to be investigated he doesn?t allow you to use your debit card to pay for your oyster I was literally stranded because I want to buy a weekly pass and I had to do was paid go on the bus then buy a weekly pass.He does what he likes with the post office section sometimes he doesn?t even open it for the correct amount of hours he makes you do everything like taking the Parcel into the big carrier bag.He?s always speaking about people with his family or colleagues in a different language which is unacceptable

Called 9 times today - always busy - 10th call rang but wasn?t answered so now walking there to find out why a parcel I left there 11 days ago, to be posted using registered post, hasn?t arrived with the recipient?

Customer Service not good. Attendant not friendly and not willing to assist. The man behaves as if one doesnt have the right to use the service of the post office. About three times I was there, the attendant gave me a silly excuse of not attending to me. I have used diffrent post offices' services and they have good customer services...I think for this particular one customer service is zero!!!

I've used this location for post services, miscellaneous groceries and newspapers. In general the service has been good and the selection of goods as expected from a small corner shop, good to support local small conveniences, some room for improvement but it fits the purpose of a convenience store / post office.

Mix message on opening times website says 12.30 closing on Saturday.Very annoying when you rush to get there before 12.30 and find out it?s closed at 12noon.Need to make changes to closing time.No complaints other then timing

I'm a customer, I coming into your establishment and you acknowledge me and continue to stand there looking at piece of paper and then when I asked you how long will you be you explain to me you're going to be 2 minutes and continue to look at your piece of paper and then I had to tell you I'm going to be running late all I want to do is drop a parcel. This guy continues to make me wait a further one minute then decides as another lady comes in, then proceed to go behind till then serve me and while serving me so kindly tells me that you cannot use your mobile phone while in a Post Office which I've never heard before so customer service 0. Let's hope the next time I use a service if I decide to that they have better customer service.

AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!! I went there once and i bought an lipton icetea and when got home i realized there was mold inside the drink and the expiry date said it expired last year. So the next day i went there to get it exchanged for a different drink but then they started lying to me saying its just a piece of dirt inside which doesnt make it sound any better.

AVOID, go next door. The worst off license ever. Staff are rude, the owner lies to your face and they refuse to take packages that they deem too big, then will make up excuses and shut the post office in front of you. Of course they will always overcharge you for good measure. Please avoid and make them improve their service.

Fairly decent post office, part of corner shop. Reasonable range of services. Good to support local branches so that they stay in the area and close to us. Staff friendly and helpful when needed. Has a foreign currency including euros. Even has a 24/7 cashpoint
