“I went into another branch with a faulty phone I was advised to visit Ealing Carphone Warehouse store as they had a technician but not only did I get my phone sorted I also managed to get my upgrade sorted with a new phone and a good deal. Within an hour I had all my data transferred across and left with two working phones. The Carphone Warehouse team at Ealing inside the shopping centre were great and very attentive. Will return for my wife’s upgrade even though I live in Uxbridge.”

“I had a number of questions about my bills over the last few months, so I went to the store in Ealing to get help in understanding them. Initially the store was not sure if they could help me but they gave me a number to ring (whilst I was in the store) to discuss with the billing team, but said they would be on hand should I need any help?\\n\\nAs it happened, the agent on the phone needed to clarify something about my contract with the local team, so this is when Jamie stepped in to help. Jamie took the time to understand the issue, and then help me explain the issues to the agent on the phone. The agent on the phone requested that an email be sent from the store so Jamie took the time to write a long email (clarifying a number of points with me) so my issues could be resolved quickly. This was Tuesday afternoon, January 24.\\n\\nJamie hoped that he would get a reply that day, and he requested that I should ring him at 6:15 that evening to see if a reply had been received. I did ring at 6:15. Spoke to Jamie, but no reply had been received. As Jamie had Wednesday off, he offered to explain him to his manager so I could contact his manager on Wednesday to see if a reply came in.\\n\\nI decided that, as Jamie had done a lot of the work to understand the issue, I was better to keep working with Jamie (instead of getting others involved) and we agreed that I would pop in Thursday morning. I met Jamie again on Thursday morning but unfortunately Jamie had received no reply. Jamie then rang the billing department again. and spent some time updating another agent and working with that agent and myself (probably spent an hour) trying to resolve the situation. In the end we left it last Thursday with Jamie needing to seek authorisation from his area manager to resolve the issue. Jamie indicated this would take a couple of days and we agreed that I would meet with Jamie again on Monday to see where we had got to.\\n\\nThe issues are not resolved as yet (as I have to pop down to the Ealing store today to meet Jamie). However just wanted to take the time and write this note in appreciation of the patience, time, professionalism and courtesy of Jamie in my dealings over the last week. It is a complicated matter, but he strived to understand issues and help me explain it to the contract/billing team. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the way that Jamie has assisted me with this matter. He is a pleasure to deal with\\n\\nGerard Carolan”
