Disgraceful 'service'. Doesn't knock for the first delivery, and then lies about the second attempt the next day, 4 hours after delivery was confirmed. Then no answer from the service. Should not be wasting so much of my time and mental wellbeing for a simple small package delivery. Considering just going down there myself.

Terrible service!! They sent an email stating they would be here on Saturday between 11am - 3pm. They did not turn up and ended up coming on Sunday without warning, leaving a card in the external post box. We did not hear any intercom interaction! I phoned to complain and I was told 'they did not know why the delivery office did not deliver on Saturday'! I requested if it was possible to pick up my items But their opening times had changed to 8am - 10am, how pathetic. No surprise they are losing out to Amazon and other providers. Pathetic service and I have still not received my items!Incidentally, I agreed to leave a survey after my phone call But I was never diverted to such a survey..... totally unprofessional and unfit for purpose!

Terrible in-person attitude, service, and communication. The staff member immediately assumes and does not listen through the query and expected costumers to know the mailing process resulted in a relative hostile encounter. Limited online options for re-delivery or instructions otherwise. The App on redelivery does not work. Overall atrocious interaction.

Opening hours just down to 2 hours Monday to Friday 8-10am. Ridiculous

Absolutely abysmal service - never deliver on time , never ring the bell even when I?m home and I see them! Worst of all their pick up office to get the parcel has reduced their opening hours even more, down to two hours a day! And they didn?t bother updating this to reflect these new hours on their missed delivery card. Shameful.

They changed the opening hours to 8am to 10am. It used to be 8am to 2pm. What kind of a business are they running to be open for just 2 hours a day. And the opening times are not updated on google so I went there and it was closed. Shambles. Honestly it?s pathetic.

The opening times are wrong and they do not give options for redeliver.They only open from 8-10am.The staff is very rude

Opening hours could be better, but I always find the staff helpful. It's also easy to get redelivery via the royal mail website.

A few points which aren't all negative,Parking - beware. I know this isn't specifically Royal mail, but they have instructed this firm and it reflects very badly.The attendant doesn't make any effort to police parking on the street except directly outside of the Royal mail reception. He lurks in his car untill someone pulls over then emerges pretending to be on his phone and takes photos of the vehicle. This is an unscrupulous business and preys specifically on people collecting parcels. I expect it pays very well.Delivery. Royal mail aren't the best at delivering parcels, infact I would say they aren't great, so I find myself here quite regularly. I actively avoid this firm and would rather use anyone else ( except yodel).Office at ealing green. No complaints here, efficient and nice staff. Its just a business stuck in the 1970s and destined for closure.

Why haven't they shut this place down??Next-day delivery? What a joke. My emergency contact lenses have been sitting in their office for 24 hours!! Just put us out of our misery and turn the building into flats...
