Terrible customer service. Sainsburys staff talking to a customer, while on their mobile phone on a private call. You will not get this bad customer service at Aldi, Lidl or Poundland. No olive oil. Only two decent loaves of bread left.

I?ve been coming here for 10 years because it is very local. This has always been a place that clearly cannot hire good staff. I?ve never seen such rude, lazy staff. They are often chatting about personal things loudly, taking phone calls on their mobile phones and standing in the way and expecting customers to go around them. The produce is kept in a place that isn?t that cold so never feels fresh. But really it is the staff - i always leave feeling annoyed. They clearly need training in customer service

They always close 10 min before 11pm... is this a service? Do they respect what they supposed to do? Do they work hard? The answer is no, they always are at the phone with their families.. speaking in foreign languages, always not helpful and too busy to speak to their phones

Ive lived in different places around London that all have Sainsbury?s local and this has got to be the worst Sainsbury?s I?ve yet to encounter. Staff are so rude and disrespectful it literally shows none of them have gone through training.

There don?t make enough bakery at times I go in morning it would be empty you go in afternoon still empty. The person in the bakery doesn?t do their job properly. I?ve worked in retail in a small shop and we would do the bakery properly.

I ordered through uber eats. I was sick at home and couldn't go anywhere. They took me the full amount and then part of the order was missing. Without words. Incredible. Thief. Don't buy from them.

Is horrible!!Is not happening first or second time to me !I ordered home delivery and I have to pay around 24£ they cancelled something from my order and is missing me 0.25£ they charge me 5£ more because order is small!! What?s that!!!!! They take money from people like this?? Even I got promotion 30% and was not there!!!! Now Sainsbury?s upset me so much. If they have no product I asked for, they have to give me something else to make costumer happy !! I have no world and I will inform everyone!!!! Is enough!!!!

Ordered online from Uber Eats. 40% of my order just didn?t turn up. I ordered bread that came squished and mangled. They also gave me one that went bad there day I ordered it and was reduced but had charged me full price too. In my opinion just go in person and if your isolating like myself, just order from Morrison?s or Tesco - you?re much better off!
