No idea why they aren't open on Saturdays. I understand closing on Sundays. Whenever they are open, it's not for long. Not sure how you're meant to go to it if you work during the week.

Terrible service. Very restricted opening hours (due to Covid, but worse than other banks). Why on earth are they not open on a Saturday - how are working people expected to use them? Worse still, I phoned to book an appointment and they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone!

Good staff but online banking not as good as Barclays but better than Santander they were horrible

Rude staff they ignored the customers no smile on their face looks like somebody's forcing them to work takes too long to do anything and not helpful at all they must improve the services inside left my card in the machine once took 30 mins to get it out rest you can imagine and only had 2 people customers in the bank including me
