Terrible service. Would say it?s the worst service I?ve received from any H&M store in U.K. or abroad. Refused to return items from online even if the corporate office says it is accepted. This location should just be closed.

When I wanted to look for a shirt, i was instantly attacked by the staff member. She had asked if I needed something or needed a hand before she came over and wouldn't leave me alone when I said it was okay thank you.

Awful service by the woman at the counter didn?t allow me to pay with card I told her I don?t have my glasses and I won?t be able to do this comfortably on self service - she totally ignored my request and when I scanned all t shirts 3 of them have security tag she did not even inform me or tell me to take them out. Totally awful service - shown no interest to a paying customer I will make an official complaint and I now have to make another trip - I wonder how much merchandise me being stolen - even the alarm went off and no one stopped me. Does any one care in that place? Let me tell you no! Lady who serviced me today at 3:30 - should not be in customer facing role

This place is an actual joke. The ?self checkout? is basically just forcing people to work in the shop. You have to use a hand held scanner to scan everything, take the hangers off, use the little machine to take the security tags off and then bag it all meanwhile the queue snakes around the entire store and there are 3 members of staff stood behind the till doing nothing. Everytime I come into this H&M I regret it. Just close it down already.

the most gormless staff ever, need to sort out their till system, self service is just laziness, it?s an old till turned around the other way, and if staff are just stood there watching anyway, why can?t they just serve

Rarely I see something nice in this high street chain and I lose hope once againg having to encounter grumpy unhelpful arrogant staff who should not be working in retail or around the public ever!!!

Very poor customer service. No smiles, no kindness.I wentt here for an exchange. The cashier lgave me a look of judgement: maybe I wasn't trendy enough for her style.She ask me to pay the difference of a discount that i had as new member Then she ask me if I was a member my membership e mail was in front of her) . ?I felt uncomfortable and being judge in that environment.I really wish I don't have to go again in the future.

The queue was long with just 1 cashier, dressing room queue as well. Eventually they got another cashier on the till after a while but it was slow.Saw 2 staff on the shop floor helping customers. Lots of clothes and sizes available, Some good sale items. Well presented. Clean and tidy.

I was served by the best ever sales assistant today. She was friendly and polite. Engage me in a chat, which was nice as there was a wait for the changing room. Again there was a wait to pay, so went upstairs. The same assistant, AISSAH is her name , opened the Tilly and served me. Again with a big smile and an hello again. Shame the staff downstairs don't follow suit. She was fantastic. More staff should take a note,Maybe it would be more of a pleasure to shop there. I did take a look at previous reviews. AISSAH thanks for making my shopping experience a pleasure.?

Excellent customer service from Daiva who was able to look up my purchase and process a return without a receipt. Her manager (short stocky blonde lady) had horrible customer service however and was outright rude, initially ignoring my presence and then sending me away from the store without offering any assistance. Daiva would make the better manager!

Simon at the till ( children department) was frustrated and shouted at me because he couldn't deal with a previous costumer so when he had to deal with me, he was frustrated because he had to do my transaction two times and he had to manually add my member ID and was taking a long time to deal with me. Then he started being rude and shouting at me and was very racist and told me to go speak English because I was speaking to my 6 year old in my language.The manager Vicky was at the till at the time and watched and supported his behaviour saying that was it was my fault because I was complining about his actitud and behaviour and because of this he is allowed to act like this. So to my understanding this guys (Simon ) can shouted me and the manager expected me to be quiet and tolerate his behaviour??This threatening behaviour is unacceptable and embarrassing and even worse when managers allow their workers to act like this.
