Visiting our son in Putney, when the car broke down. The guys at Wandsworth pulled out all the stops to get us back on the road for our 100 plus mile trip home. We are so grateful for all their help and support. We would highly recommend the team.

Matt G was perfect. Clear in what was to be done, how long it would take. Reset tyre pressure monitor in the car and answered all my annoying questions.Would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone. He is a high benchmark for how to do customer service perfectly.

Stopped here to fix a puncture we picked up on our way to a family bereavement. Manager fitted us in and got us back on the road within 15 minutes, and as a very kind gesture refused to charge for the job.

This is the last time I use KwikFit Wandsworth. I bought 4 new tyres under a year ago and had them fitted. Last week I had a flat tyre and went to Wadham Tyres in Putney to get a new tyre replacement. We found one bolt was missing and one was threaded. Also the bolts were screwed in way way too tight, they could hardly remove them and they obviously hadn't tightened with a torque wrench. This is all a safety Red Card.I have had issues in the past with this KwikFit and I even spoke to the reginal manager when they ruptured my brake line.Although a little more pricey I should NEVER have chosen the cheaper option of kwikFit and gone back after my brake line issue.As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Never again.Really not happy with my latest visit. I didn't think much of them before (a few years ago) and think less of them now. Surly, disinterested, a bit chaotic. Not the professionalism you would get in a non-chain owned garage. Poor reception, odd service. The tracking machine was broken, so no inspection as promised. Evidently it has been like that for a week, from what the bloke who did my tyres said. They took my wheel-nut lock, and although he said that he would leave it in my glovebox, left it with the reception guy. He forgot to give it back and I would have driven off without it, never to be seen again, no doubt. The last time I was in there a plastic engine cover fastener went missing. Difficult to prove once you've left the lot. I had requested the A/C check as well, and you could tell the main guy was just not interested - he said, "Yes we checked it and it is fine". That is categorically not true, as I know it is not working, but wanted to see if they had any insights. Essentially he lied to me.

Overall pretty good. Repaired a tire when a small local garage told me I had to replace a newish tire. Had to wait, but not too long but were very reasonable in price. Communication of staff could be better but Will go back for sure

I was happy that my car passed it's MOT, but a little wary of a few issues with the building. The signage for the entrance isn't clear enough and caused me to use the wrong one. And on exit, I heard a loud screeching noise that I thought was coming from my car. It scared me and I exited the car to query it. I was told that it was due to the floor covering. This needs to be changed. It's disturbing and could cause actual damage to be missed.

Don't bother with this branch. Terrible Service & Bad Attitude.Made an appointment online for a suspension check, arrived on time and spoke with one of the two receptionist available who said to take a seat and he would get someone to take a look at my car. 45 minutes later I spoke with the same receptionist and I said that I couldn't wait any longer as they were obviously too busy to deal with me and he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'Whatever'. I won't ever deal with Kwik Fit again and will stick with Halfords Autocentres in the future.

Price on website was different to price in store. Explanation give star on the price on the website means from that price. Customer service guy with dreadlocks didn't really care. I asked him I am getting AC checked he said if its not blowing cool air its not working didn't even touch the car to check. Try to justify saying we are just going to check that it blows cool air that is all the free check is. All the time I was there he was on the internet looking and cars and a girl playing with his hair on reception desk. I had my second car booked for the same check decided to take my business elsewhere. If I had to get a big job done from Wandsworth branch God help me and the car.

Came into Kwik Fit Wandsworth today with a battery issue. I was met professionally and warmly by Kofi and Andrew and Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied it within 30mins. Fabulous service. Jon Mann

After a very stressful night last Tuesday night 31/07/2023, getting a puncture on my hire car.. I went to Kwik Fit Wandsworth to have it fixed.. I am SO impressed by the amazing service provided. I met 4 of most respectful, helpful young men. Thank you ever so much. From an irish visitor in London ????????

I found the team to be helpful, accommodating and kept me up to date on the work. The managed to find a work around for my tyre that kept the price down and meant it could pass the MOT. All done with a cheery attitude, a smile and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Absolutely shocking level of service. Staff seems either overloaded with work, or simply not caring. I got turned away when coming to do a wheel balancing at 5:30pm, true, without appointment, but the gent could barely lift his eyes from his phone. Almost as I was interrupting his social media catch up or evening planning given they were closing in 30 minutes. So I booked and apoitnemt with specific time slot for another day. When I showed up, I was told that they are running behind and the wait will be an hour. I mean, why offer slots when you cannot keep them?Thankfully, as a result of this experience I found another garage nearby where they value their customers, so took my business elsewhere.I may have got there on a bad day, or I simply didn't bring enough business to warrant enough attention, such as buying new tyres, but overall customer service is of the utmost importance to me and at Kwik Fit, they showed none.

Terrible service all round. I rang up two weeks in advance to book my car in for some work and made an appointment. I then rang up the day before to confirm what time I should attend - to which they said they had no record of my booking. They then told me to bring it in still the next day. Drove half an hour to drop of my car and on arrival they said they had no mechanics to look at it. Completely wasted my time - joke of a garage.
