Sometimes you can find good dresses and accessories. Most of the time they don?t have my size (UK 8 or 10) and definitely never on the items that are on sale. We usually scan through while shopping at Two Rivers.

I ordered 2 coats from the website to collect in store (Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth) and after trying them on I decided to keep one as I liked more one of them. I read in the return form that I could give back this directly in store so i went to the till I asked one of the staff member to do so. I don't know her name, but she was a mature colour skin lady, short height and light and curly hair. She checked the item and told me that i had to return in post office, i asked why is that as i read differently in the return form and i felt like she didn't even want to deal with me, fed up or annoyed by something. I said why you being so rude with me, did i say something that annoyed you? She said I am just telling you several times you can't return this here and you keep asking why. The manager was right next to her and explained to me that it wasn't possible in my case. I got it, no drama about it, but the manner of that lady was really disrespectful. I said that I also work in retail in Harrods and I am used to be patient with people exactly what it happens her to not be! So she replied to me to go back to Harrods then. How rude! And the manager didn't even stop her. She should be grateful for having still a job! Why should she work there and being a pain?? Give space to someone who would appreciate more to work maybe ?! I will never shop again in New Look. So unprofessional.

Small an cosy shop with alm the new stiles. Goes from bargains and the new seasoning clothes. The space is use really well and the display looks great. I've been I shop with more metres space and there are rubbish. If you arenin an hirrg but still want tk looks nice definetly this is your quick shop.
