I visited the o2 shop at southside shopping centre Wandsworth to deliver back a virgin media kit . Treated aggressively and rudely and the customer assistant may be the manager on the desk I met took the box and threw it outside the shop. Very bad experience and rude customer service.Avoid like a plague. Even now I made a complaint to 02 complaint review more than three weeks they didn?t bother to resolve it .

Google Maps details say that this store opens at 10am. It?s 10:58 now and I?m looking at a still-closed storefront.What a waste of a trip to get here.

Lamarr & the Crew at O2 Shop in the mall here were brilliant. Helpful, friendly and super efficient. Helped us top up our O2 cards for 2 months travel in EU & the UK. For we foreign visitors without UK bank accounts, it?s been a mission attempting to do it online.

Curly haired guy served me, absolutely disgraceful service forced me into buying a virgin media package I didn't not want or ask for, accessed my bank details now I'm stuck in a 24 month contract I never signed up for, and got sold the wrong sim package, thanks a lot o2 lost a long term customer of 18 years

Absolute disaster. The customer service guy (larger build) there was incompetent, dismissive and downright rude. Cutting me off, making comments on some apparent facial expressions I made, then gave me 2000% the wrong sim AND the wrong information and sent me on my way. An utter disgrace, and people like him should NOT be working customer service EVER!

I found the gentleman who assisted me with my phone insurance very helpful. I have had so many issues with O2 when trying to use the online chat function so I was apprehensive going into the store. This experience was much better. It is a shame that the online chat service is so poor.

The worst network providers and the worst O2 store! For 3 days straight trying to contact the store but nobody is picking up the phone!! I've been calling mornings, midday and afternoon and nothing ...nobody is even trying to pretend to work there. I just wonder what kind of unprofessional and lazy people are working at O2 Southside Shopping Centre and in general at the O2. I mean, guys wake up...you shouldn't be working with people lol On top of everything O2 customer service can't solve a simple problem like cancelling an order, must be so difficult ? I have been on the with over 17 people today in different calls and what I've noticed that when they are incompetent and can't help a customer they just cut the line. O2 Wandsworth and O2 in general ... please please go hide yourself somewhere, you are laughable. Happy holidays ?

Had such a good experience getting my new phone here. Shout out to Jeffrey Escobar who was so friendly, helpful and got me everything that I needed. All my questions were answered and I left with exactly what I wanted. The staff were all friendly, helpful and seemed really happy. Thanks so much you made it a really nice experience for me :)
