This sainsbury's unfortunately is a bit of a necessity instead of somewhere we enjoy shopping. It's the main one for where we live. However if I have a choice and the time I go elsewhere. A number of the staff also come across as if they truly dont like their job or customers - which sets the tone of the place. Its a bit of a dump - the shelves are often half empty and not kept presentable - many missing staple items on a frequent basis. Before the pandemic it was fine - however it seems to have never fully recovered. Shame.

(Wandsworth branch): Great location, decent offers and lots of choice. Most of the staff members are lovely. But the tall store manager (David), is extremely sarcastic and has a horrible attitude. Needs further training on how to conduct himself

Convenient place for food shopping if you drive as there is a car park attached to the building. There are lots of other shops near by as well.

Customer toilets yaks. They really need to keep it clean. Women's restroom had 4 toilets inside, 1 was closed and other 3 were like someone just showered all over it, not flushed, on top of that there were not even single piece of tissue in any of those, plus disabled was out of order. Which means no toilet facility at all after paying 1.50 pounds for parking!!.Complained security, customer care and asked them to install some tissues, and no one came for 10 minutes. They need understand someone might have medical conditions or emergencies. I just feel lot pity for the staff working there as they also share same toilets, I won't even work there for a day and not going back to this branch ever. I should have taken some photos.

Shocking , I purchased a product that was in the sale but was scanning up at full price so I took to the till once I finished rest of my shop . Only to be met with rudest staff member who not only accused me of not being able to scan the product because she couldn't and I could then another 20 mins of rudeness until manger told her to just put in reduced price to which she replied she was ,no she wasn't she made it clear I had to go customer services. Then she had to do a shop check well by this point I'm fuming I'm in pain as have disabilities only for her to throw my shopping around only on returning home did I find the cake I purchase smashed !! This store needs a wake up call and staff need to learn some manners.

Wide range of variety for everyday items and quality products but prices are exceptionally high

I snapped this picture of the watermelons on sale in Wandsworth Town and was told that I could not buy them at that price as it was incorrectly labelled - which I believe controveens the 1979 UK Sale Of Goods Act - please get in touch Sainsbury so I can claim my free watermelon.

Usually shop at Sainsbury's Fulham. Bridge being closed means I can't drive there. This one is awful by comparison. You have to pay for parking and then claim it back and pay for the trolley. Neither of which you have to do at the other branch. Also the parking bays are really small. I am not looking forward to shopping here for the next 10 weeks until Wandsworth Bridge reopens.

Sainsury is like a beer in a hot summer its everything you need.i've always come here for a pack of drinks on a weekends and for special occasions.a life saver for an emergency meals.its the people's store as long as you have your membership card to tap in your always a winner.friendly and helpful staff but sometimes you need to get an attention from them specially if the self service tilt is not working. the best part its always approved in terms of transactions and discount.

Why are you cheating customer? This butter is 400 grams, not 500 grams!

Big store with Argos and separate clothes department. Most of the staff are great but some of them just chat to each other front of you whilst you?re waiting to be served, Customer Service I?m looking at you! Unfortunately there?s also a lady in the clothes department that will be all smiles if she likes the customer, but if she doesn?t like you, you will come out of there with your new clothes feeling totally deflated as she?s so dismissive and rude. Her name tag was hidden so couldn?t say who. However some of the staff are so lovely - it just depends who you get.Stock control on food can be pretty rubbish and some best sellers, e.g their own tasty fresh pasta can be hard to come by. The Health/Beauty Dept has some real bargains though and bar the make up gondolas looking a bit grubby which is common in a lot of shops, I will keep using this store as the ranges of products are good. Two stars for service due to Customer Service?s bit of a bad attitude, chatting and the awful lady in Clothing - Good work from all the friendly, helpful staff who are usually on the tills - keep it up!

Today around 4:20pm I went the store to enquire about travel money. Cashier was sitting on phone chatting to someone and didn?t acknowledge that I was waiting to talk to him. After some time I tried to get his attention and said it?s closed and open tomorrow 10am and carried on laughing and chatting on the phone.

This branch is actually very big! On my maps it is referred to as Sainsbury's Local, but is anything but - so pleased! The variety of products and shopping space are great! There is a Home section and a good-sized bakery area and alcohol aisles. Didn't check the frozen aisles, but from afar, looks well stocked and with all the different types of frozen items you'd expect. My only issue is the side doors which were out of order, but I'm sure Sainsbury's will get it fixed very soon.
