Great service from Seb who was incredibly accommodating and can-do when I had to stay by the door with a 3YO sleeping in a bike trailer. He bought options of trainers and then enabled the whole transaction without me leaving the sight of my sleeping son. Thank you! I was buying some PE trainers for my daughter...

Be aware that this shop doesn?t offer refunds only credit note. This is correct by law but very bad practice for a high street shop. Also the way the policy is written is very misleading for any normal customer. Otherwise the product selection is diverse and prices are cheap but quality too. Service is ok and you can?t blain employees for a company wrong practice and training/culture

Purchased a pair of cheapy trainers and boxers from here but nothing to shout about.Giving 4 stars for range of products offered but not to my taste. Could be good for you though.

Yesterday (10 July 2023), I went in to Sports Direct, Wandsworth (next to Southside ,Shopping Mall) to buy men's summer shorts.Some of these are hung up very high.I noticed a very long pole there but with poor,arthritic fingers, I knew it would be challenging and unsafe to other shoppers if I were to try using that long pole to lift off the pair of shorts.I sought assistance from the sales person who retorted, "There's a pole there you could use!" I explained I have poorly fingers and not able to use such a long pole properly. She proceeded to show me how I could use the pole - as if I do not know how to use one! All this time, she could have helped me to bring down that pair of shorts! She then said in a condescending and haughty manner,, "Use it like this! I have to be at my station!"When I left after some 30 minutes, she was happily having a chinwag with her two other colleages at the entrance area.This is unacceptable customer service - rude, unhelpful and arrogant.It is apparent that the management at this location does not bother to train their staff well.

Terrible service. You have to wait half an hour for someone to bring you the right shoe size. The consultants are unprofessional.An unpleasant fitting room that feels like a basement.And what's worse, you can't return a thing that doesn't fit you. You can only exchange it for something else. But no one warns you about this, even though it's not typical.

Rude careless staff, asked for 3 different shoes in 2 different sizes all out of stock had to wait for this for 15 minutes. Staff seems miserable and hate to work there.

Incredibly rude, staff was very unhelpful, store is unorganised, was hard to browser(due to the lack of signs)! Asked a member of staff for some shoes to try on, but as she went back she started serving anothere customer, and proceeded to get their shoes first, then go back again to get shoes.

I wanted to buy a pair of school shoes but non of the staff in the shop wanted to actually help. The lady on the till told me to go back where shoes were and someone will be there to help. I went back where the shoes were and found a member of staff who actually told me he us not dealing with shoes and I need to find someone else ? No way. I left without buying from there.
