I came in late, just now after a long horrible shift today and the lady at the counter (I?m sorry I didn?t get your name) was so lovely to me, it was freezing and she warmed up my pain au chocolate and made me feel so comfortable and welcome and she was just so lovely. Thank you so much, I will definitely get your name next time !

I take my nephew here when he's feeling down and it lifts him back up. We had the matcha green tea which was delicious and I highly recommend it

I went in around 5 pm to pick up my usual coffee and pain au chocolate. Come to find out that the entire baked treats section had a swarm of flies and other insects walking all over the pastries! The two baristas didn?t seem to care. I would avoid buying any food left in the open. The coffee was good as usual.

Extremely slow service. Either the staff isn?t trained to be the ?Starbucks? standard or they are lazy! Not sure what is it!

Weird to say about a coffee shop, but it smells amazing in there and is extremely enticing. Lovely treats and drinks - the company and friendliness isn?t much, but the speed and tastiness of orders make up for it.

Was served by a young girl - haidi or something like that - and she was extremely polite and well-mannered, and made a brilliant coffee super quickly! She took the time to ask how my day was going and and is worthy of a 5 star sevice! However, an asian guy and another young girl with a top bun were rather rude and laughing super loudly with each other and they both were quite content to watch haidi making all the drinks whilst laughing. Please can the store manager do something about this and make sure that all the people working pitch in together as it was not nice to see. 5 stars for haidi amd 1 star for the rest of the team. Needs improvement hiring the right sort of people
