Smile. It does show in the face if you wanted to help. I was in the customer service industry for 12 years, so knowing she was the manager at the store, I expected a bit more from her. Robotic responses. When I got my device I asked her, "do I need to open this?", and with a lazy tone, matching with the sleepy eyes she said, "it's up to you." No customer education, no "thank you". I didn't even know the transaction was over after I heard something like "that's it."I sounded polite the whole time, but from the start to the finish, your tone was transactional. Thanks for reminding me to do my business over the phone/online instead.I hope she doesn't take this personally, but the she (the manager there who assisted me), needs customer service training.

Unbelievably poor customer service avoid this branch its a disgrace to the Vodafone name, was served by Michael the assistant manager ended up in a face to face standing row in the store being told I need to show him more respect!!Returned my old phone to complete the trade in for my new contract, from the start he attempted to turn me away, when I indicated I was wasn't happy with the receipt I was given for a £600 trade he got very aggressive and asked what my problem was this is from an assistant manager !!!!Avoid this store a real shame for the Vodafone name I'm now going to change provider, shame as I've been with them for years.

I was served by Aida today. An EE customer for over 15 years, I?ve just moved into the area and noticed that EE offers terrible coverage where I?m at. I went into the O2 and Vodafone shops to pick up PAYG sims to test download speeds and found Vodafone outperforming O2 by some distance (c. 80mbps download speeds) and also with 5G capability. I went back into the Vodafone shop and Aida slowly took me through the entire onboarding process. Thank you Aida. A happy customer and a happy start to life with Vodafone!

Had to wait 20mins for someone to come back from their lunch break to be served then 30mins to complete a sim replacement. No joke. AVOID

Their customer service is absolutely awful. Make sure you have at least one hour free just in case there is someone ahead of you. They don?t care how long you wait. I can?t wait to leave and go to Tesco mobile.

Terrible service with staff not trained to know their own offering. Feels like they are hiring random people with no interest or work discipline. I spent almost an hour signing a simple contract because of some error in their system. It?s so inefficient, such a waste of time!

Terrible service ! Went there to upgrade my plan but the guy was just not interested and asked me to do it online so when I asked how much would it be and also upgrade my Apple Watch he then went and rolled his eyes before checking

Got a sim . they opened me account gave me my number but sim never came weeks down the line I called them and they said I never applied for it one big joke they are never used them before now and will never use them ever again

I called up Vodafone to temporarily lock my number, because my phone was recently stolen. Instead, they locked another number on my family plan. I was advised to visit my local Wandsworth branch and get a new device, but it was closed even though online search says it's open on Saturdays from 10:00am to 18:00pm. Bad service and waste of time.

Pretty bad customer service, stressing out that they close in 10min and won't even look at the problem I had. Advised to come on Wednesday between 12-1 as it is the only time when someone technical would be in. I would recommend to not waste time and go to another branch if you need help from Vodafone.
