Lovely store !! They have new stock in and have a mini sale going on at the moment. My local battersea branch closed last year so i took a scenic bus ride (37) to go there.

Afternoon, I was going to select all 5 stars but as I pressed the first one it sent my "review". My experience in the shop couldn't have been more pleasant. I realise now I should have just pressed the 5th star. Thank you.

Dumb name, nice clothes. It makes me think of that footballer's talk show - The Wright Stuff. But the clothes are nice - think floaty dresses, knitwear, skirts, functional trousers and jewellery bits and bobs - and though it's a chain it seems to have a softer approach than many, with the motto "Lovely clothes for lovely people". I haven't looked at the boy's section but they have a decent amount of space devoted to them which can't be said for most clothes shops. This branch isn't very big but manages to offer enough to make a wander around the place quite browseworthy. The White Stuff isn't cheap but the prices are realistic for the quality - the knee high bed socks and big quilted hooded bodywarmer I bought here a few months ago are worn by me weekly and are in great condition so far. I don't think I'd buy clothes from them online ( because I've tried a few things on in store that looked perfect on the hanger and a bit odd on me, but I'll happily pop in to the East Dulwich branch if I'm passing by.

White Stuff is another generic clothing store that sells not so cute clothes at fairly expensive prices. A pair of socks cost £5 and a basic leather brown bag £72. To be fair, the clothes in here aren't too bad, they're just not my style. I'd imagine that anyone over the age of forty would love what they have to offer in here: basic grey jumpers, dark green blouses, red sweaters. Their clothes aren't tragic, but they're borderline frumpy. If you need a good shirt for a job interview that's not too wild but is of good quality then most likely you can find it in here.

Another great shop in lordship lane (east dulwich). This retail clothes shop consists of the latest and most fashionable clothing pieces for both him and herthe shop has a boutique style feel inside, you get treated like a VIP, not bad huh, staff are friendly and the changing rooms are nice and posh. You will find clothing in many sizes and the bags are real nice, collecters piece;)
